First of all, Primedice.com is not a blockchain based gambling game. Satoshidice.com & Chain-Bet.com are. They operate directly on Cryptocurency Blockchain.

It's better to know how to be a developer himself rather than finding developers to help built the project, agreements can be broken, back doors can be implemented on the website, the world today is full of deceitful people, learn and handle things yourself, you can have team members too but make sure you understand what is going on with your project yourself
