Do you invest in TRC20 tokens

Well, you guys don't invest in tokens, you invest in projects and people behind those tokens.

From technical perspective TRC20 is almost the same as ERC20, there is a little or no difference between them. And any project who issued ERC20 token can issue TRC20 token. USDT and WBTC are present in both chains for example.

Of course some projects won't do that for some reason, like being Ethereum maximalists or just not having time for that. But with our TofuDefi we are going to bring all ERC20 tokens to TRON eventually

i chose both and i also invested in both ERC20 and TRC20 tokens,actually it is not important to me the most important thing is about their project,but I am more accustomed to investing in ERC20 tokens and only a few use the TRON platform

Looking at the way the eth gas fees keeps increasing i can't help but think that it is not a bad idea to start looking for at project from different network with considerable fees, a friend of mine spent close to $20 for fees of his erc20 tokens, this is rip off, if your tokens are not valuable enough don't bother thinking of selling because you will end up spending more than what you will get,
i hope new project will go to trc20 network and dump this high gas sulking network   there is nothing special in this network except it rip you off.

In TRON world there are a lot of scams and gambling tokens now, so people are more cautious about TRC20 tokens. But I believe that low fees and compatibility with Ethereum's smart contracts will attract a lot of good projects to the platform very soon.

I am a big fan of Tron blockchain after Ripple because of their fast transaction speed ay low price but tokens on its contract aren't really attractive to me in any sense. Perhaps, because they are gaming utility tokens and I don't fancy such kind of projects as demand is just base on the game, platform development and dividend share to holders.
I used their TRC20 USDT because of it chea9fee when compare to Ethereum that will request fee of what assets you are sending.

I have read some of the comments above, that many use USDT from the Tron network just to send because of the low cost, I agree with you, many of the tokens from TRC20 are game based and I don't like it either.

Tron smart contract projects are not as good as the ERC20 smart contract projects, I might be wrong but judging from may Tron tokens I've seen they always end up becoming useless and worthless faster than ERC20 tokens, I don't know why, ERC20 tokens are enough for me

I agree with you, because in my opinion the price of TRC20 token will not increase as high as the price of ERC20 token, therefore I also prefer to invest in ERC20 token rather than TRC20 token, because I have made a big profit from investing in ERC20 token, so it makes me comfortable to invest in ERC20 token, therefore I think investing in ERC20 token is more profitable than investing in TRC20 token.

For me, maybe I'll invest in trc20 tokens but not at this time or moment. Because if we will look and study the market, erc20 tokens are really showing an outstanding market performance which is far more than trc20 token. But maybe this is just not the right moment for the trc20 token, remember that the erc20 tokens are also not being recognized in the market way back few years ago.

I think, there is a long to go for the TRC20 token.  As you said, initially people didn't know about ERC20 tokens either but over time that all changed.  Hopefully the same will happen to the TRC20 token.

I do not invest in TRC20. I do not consider it promising. The price is growing slowly, there are many other good projects where you can invest money and make good money. But this is my opinion, maybe for someone it is valuable.
USDT TRC-20 is not as popular as ERC-20. Therefore, and a small turnover.

And still there are people or particularly investors and traders who are willing to take the risk, as log as there are opportunities this people will come and participate.

The market still small but in time it will also grow as long as the marketing and the developers wil continue
providing updates and good options to use this system, there are potentials that this venue of investment
will grow more, best thing to do is to keep your understnading, dealing with deeper research saves you
time and possible invested money.

Currently, the position and acceptance of ERC20 are much better than TRC20. Although I would choose ERC20 and I would also invest in ERC20. However, I would say TRC20 is a very potential project. Do not rely on others' research, although you can include your research with others. There isn't a single coin that we can mention, but TRC-20 tokens investment can't be perfect. What I mean is just focus on a good project and ignore different blockchain investment. For Ethereum, the highest transaction cost people are using Binance blockchain, focusing on that blockchain.

People invest in erc-20 tokens projects because they are popular and due to this factors, demand comes in and hence they easily makes profits. But TRC-20 tokens aren't that popular compare to Ethereum otherwise if you carefully obeserve and check them out (TRC-20 tokens), they are well structured fundamentally with real used case.
Another reason why I still thin people or developers don't like to host their token on Tron network is because they are simple to create and most investors are Defi users. The gaming platform always used Tron networks because of their gas fees.
I used TRC-USDT most of the time on Tron network because of the gas fees. Each of them with their pros and cons. Invest wisely.

So I came here just to check some users' sentiments and found out that not many people really like the tron platform. And yes, if someone asks you, what TRC20 tokens you know, and more than likely, you can't answer that question. But if they ask about ERC20 tokens, you can easily name at least few of them. That comes to conclusion, that not many tron-based projects are popular in the community. I can't even name one at once. So nope, not investing in trc20 tokens.

It's a nope for me also, trc20 tokens have a poor market credibility and stability. We can't trust trc20 tokens and risk our holdings because it has a high chance of dumping. But as you will notice here in the forum, a lot of people are complaining about the high eth gas fee. If eth network will not do any actions with gerards to this, maybe there is a chance that some projects, customers and investors will switch to trc20 base token. Just a thought.

It is very rare for a new project to use the TRC20 network, but since ethereum gas is expensive, many projects have tried to wrap coins in the TRC20 network. I think you can now try choosing tokens from TRC20, because the transaction fees are cheap, so you can easily sell your tokens.
Maybe JST or BTT can be an option, because the price is still cheap
