+22%! Bringing NAV back to the spotlight with NavCoin Core 6.0 release

This is one of the moonshot stories of the day, the NAV token pumped up by 22% after its announcement of the NavCoin Core 6.0 release.



This new version includes two major protocol updates. xNAV - their new private token, bringing back to NavCoin the long-awaited privacy protocol. This upgrade will protect the NavCoin DAO voting quorums in the case an exchange would decide to enable staking for NAV.

This is not the only new feature coming out, but other changes are also included, like full wallet encryption. I read the whole list of changes here in the release notes. With more than 850,000 new lines of code added, ensuring the quality of the changes was really prioritized. Even an xNAV Testing Bounty program was implemented and new members are joining, helping in the process and reporting the bugs they’ve found.

NAV has been around for several years now right?

This token had remained silent for a very long time with continuously stable dumps (as I've only noticed this token when it was listed on Binance in 2018) and has since didn't recover back. I'm happy to see that it's at least making a few bucks to some people while it was a (nightmare) token which ate my BTC0.1 that I invested in this token in early 2018.

No seriously, never heard of NAV before. Is this project any good. Or just another shit project that gets some attention now in the current Bull market?

I hope to see a good and healthy new year with a stable alt season that must remain in greens for a long duration just like btc is maintaining its credit in the markets. Although we believe that an optimistic news do effect on the price of an asset in a positive way, but so is vice versa in the case of crypto. Let's hope NAV delivers much better than it did before (with slight recoveries) and gives bigger than ever profits because too many alts are having a run now.

Moving to speculation, it is holding strong and has a great support near 540 sats which makes me believe that the coin should get over 750 sats one more time before settling down a bit again (kind of a double top).

NAV recently held AMA with Binance and they are doing okay. My guess is that the AMA is the reason behind this little jump. But NAV is a decent project and I expect a smooth bull run in the next 4-8 months.

Yeah, they quite have an exciting roadmap for 2021. Hopefully we can get more traction once they launch xNAV and NavCoin Core 6.0 on January 2021.

I have seen them before and they're one of the most suggested token when I go through articles on which are the good altcoins to invest. They're very recommended but that was a few years ago but this time, never have seen them being active. But if they're active again, this could lift them up and this coin will be again one of the choice that most altcoin people would place their money. That's not a financial advise and I'm only stating what I think and what I've seen before.

NavCoin is one of the oldest cryptocurrencies among all other projects in the crypto world. NavCoin aims to be accessible to investors. I don’t remember any other startups that reached this scale in availability. Although NavCoin does not show any "bullish moves".
