can't send payment on electrum

Every time i try to send payment on electrum the above pops up but i have enough btc and it normally works.Could somebody help please?

Electrum cannot find the inputs to be used in the transaction. Look at the bubble is it green or red? Are you behind any VPN? What version are you using?

Do you have any "local transaction" in your history?
Those have an icon that looks like a 'blue computer' instead of 'green check' or 'gears'.

Electrum will consider it part of your balance if it's an inbound local transaction, and could lead to transactions with invalid input(s).

Once I had a similar error after updating to a newer Electrum version.
And I remember that I've looked for anything fishy (too small inputs and such) and found nothing.
Back then I simply made a new wallet with the same seed (actually same HW) and then it worked well.

Please start with posting relevant information:

• What OS you are using
• What electrum version you are using

Then, is electrum connected to a network? Do you see a green dot in the bottom right corner?
Are you trying to spend very low inputs? Did you check whether there are still enough funds left to pay for the fee?

It's too rare to see such a self-explanatory message on Electrum!

This. You are trying to spend coins that doesn't belong to your wallet.
Someone sent me few coins but canceled the transaction. The status changed from unconfirmed to local. Whenever I try to spend it, I get the same message.
Remove any local transaction to avoid this problem in the future.
