WTS x4 Artifating 2070s

2 are artifacting ,2 are failing bench with no apparent issues. All 4 read in windows.
As is where is , may need reflow, no burnouts, no missing diodes
 
Highest offer takes them this Friday at 5pm central time.

Sent you a PM this morning but never heard back (Yeah I know it's Christmas)

But as I said I have been picking up physically damaged non warrantable cards locally for $25 to $30 on Craigslist and a local insurance auction place, and some e-waste locations. So I can do the same for these.

Figured I would post here too before the 5PM cutoff time if you were going to be hard and fast about the rule.
