Altcoins and new all time highs

It is possible and they can set up their new all time highs if price rallies double from temporary price in BTC pairs and BTC sets its new all time high. It is possible but if consider carefully about it, their values in BTC will not climb to their past all time high. If people invest in those coins in BTC pairs, they will still get loss, serious loss...

Given how rapidly the price of BTC is increasing, it will be difficult for altcoins to show growth in a pair to bitcoin. But this will definitely happen in the future, when the dominance of bitcoin decreases and the season of altcoins begins. Perhaps then the price of altcoins will reach its ATH in a pair to USDT.

Apart from Bitcoin, the others are new tokens hence the reason why they hit a new ATH, and this is further attributed to the fact they still have enough hype left within them unlike in top altcoins whose team are fixed on making their platform better, therefore in the years to come, we will check these new projects and know how far their team has brought them.
Also, the last bull run in 2018 proved that, although a lot of coins hit ATH it is a not a criteria to know how good they are, and that is true, because a lot of altcoins which had a new ATH as of 2018 are struggling today with some even dead. Therefore, hitting a new ATH is good but maintaining the growth within that platform is what matters.
Nevertheless, Bitcoin has proven to be an exceptional coin on the other hand top altcoins also tried to prove that they are still worthwhile even though they didn't cross their ATH but this is seen in their growth so far.

Not all old tokens can be successful at this time, especially now that there is so much competition between Altcoins in the market, so Altcoins that are clearly going to prevail and survive are Altcoins that are really top and popular, other than that I don't think they will ever succeed again.

There are actually so many good altcoins that could possibly let you earn. However, so hard to find and locate them. This because there are so many altcoins or projects that failed and only few are really successful and has been doing what a real project work. This is why to those who get lucky enough to be part in the right project are earning huge profit. They are really fortunate one to find the real good project.

Altcoins double their price in BTC but still not reach their all time high in BTC but BTC doubles its price. It is enough condition to help altcoins get their new all time high. I avoid the mess of profit in USDT but loss in BTC by split my capital to 2 pieces: one for BTC and one for USDT. BTC piece is used to trade with Bitcoin. USDT is used to trade altcoins.

You need to be clear on how you consider altcoin as good. Good as a project with products and usecases or simply good as an asset for you to enter and exit just to get profit. The latter means you don't care about how good that project is. You only join the market if you see a good entry. Products, developments, usecases you don't care about it.

I don't think there are many people actually participate in one crypto project, they are mainly traders or speculators, not investors.

It's about consistency and market price, they don't survive without something really ready for the future,,I think a good crypto currency project is a consistent and the able to survive.
We still remember the peak of bitcoin and altcoins in late 2017 to early 2018,,only 6 to 8 months they are at the top price and down again.I'm still sure one day will be at a higher point

Most of the altcoin listed on that tweet will not last even a year if by chance bitcoin enter a correction it will take a strong community and clear future plan to keep those alts afloat, back 2017 when most of the old and new projects are in all time high and suddenly bitcoin goes into a nose dive crashing the market most of the alts that ride the wave went down hard.

yes you are not updated . they are new coins but not new that they are created days ago because they already listed and have reach an all time high . if you want to be updated you need to do a research if what coins are the latest addition in the crypto market or do a research if what coins are on all time high except to bitcoin .
 with the number of coins in this market that counts up to million , theres always that coin that will have an increase , ath or decrease .

Personally, it is too soon to say a new cryptocurrency is good or bad and with hype after their launches, price can get new all time high anytime. The matter is after a few years, will those projects survive and be adopted by communities with their real products and real usecases. It is not my surprise as no top altcoins or old altcoins appear in the list. They are stucked with their all time high in 2018.

I don't think that the pattern from 2017 is going to repeat. Many of the altcoins are in very bad shape, and Bitcoin has a market share of 66.7% currently. And this has occurred despite the listing of several new altcoins recently, such as Polkadot, Chainlink and Crypto.com Coin. The current rally has occurred mostly due to the mainstream adoption of Bitcoin. Altcoins have played no part in this.

Usually after a new ATH is set and it undergoes a dip season, they never find it easy to attain the ATH or set new one. These current alts needs to be given time to prove itself also in some years to come we will see how well it will perform. In the next four years according to records, the list would have changed and usually this current ones might be struggling.

we will know their all time high formed by pump speculation or due natural demand in market . we frequently to see many projects after hit new record they directly goes down and could not recover again. product adoption will help this kind project survive in market for long term and will not replaced by new project, its like we see on existing project such as ethereum , xrp and many coins.

only bitcoin seems to survive on ATH and can be used all the time for everyday use. my opinion is that, for other altcoins I can not predict what altcoins can be used for the future but it looks like there will be altcoins that can be like bitcoin

not all alts are worth looking at particularly those new ones. as this may be a part of pnd for that coin. who knows? before jumping any of these alts, you need to check their background at least. dont look at their numbers in the markets only, theres so much more than these numbers.
check for the actual use case, developments, team, roadmap, wp, etc related to the project. you can also get an insight how the team is managing the project by checking their social media channel. you will feel their professionalism how they interact with their followers. you can also get an idea if they are indeed developing their platform according to their objectives
so yeah, theres more than meets the eyes here. when you are seriously investing in alts other than BTC and your money is on the line, you need to be smart about your decisions.

No one knows if they would still be existing after several years. You can compare these projects to the old ones that once became popular and then no longer popular in the current time.

Time is a powerful indicator for one project. If one project is able to enjoy a cycle of four year in crypto, survives and has good communities, volume on exchanges, it can be a good project. Although that project can be a good one, it does not equal to better than bitcoin. If any team try to seed their project is better than bitcoin, it is their advertisement and self assessment, that is unreliable. I enjoyed the market in 2018 and I saw many shit altcoins have prices higher than $50, $100 for nonsense. They are dead now or months ago.

I think that's a good timeframe for most projects. If they will stay up to 4 years then they will able to survive for the longer term. Most projects are only showing their goodness at the beginning but being forgotten what they've showed to their investors.
Real use is no longer appropriate to them as long as they deliver their token into an exchange and become tradable. That bear market on 2018 have extinguished a lot of tokens that really have no usable purpose.

Yes, but the conditions in each year are clearly not always the same as in previous years even though the Altcoin season will really happen, just look at Bitcoin which has reached its ATH this year, the price is clearly much different from 2017 when Bitcoin reached ATH also at that.
