I made a deposit from 5.000 EUR to Adkinsbet.com
I lost 2000 EUR, but with an accumulator I was able to win both, and my balance was 11.300 EUR
I decided to make a withdrawal for 10.000 EUR yesterday evening (around 24 hours ago).
So far I still not have received my withdrawal, and I am a bit nervous since 10.000 EUR is a lot of money for me.
Support told me to be a bit patient as they had to check my account.
Is this normal or should I worry?

I don't think that's really weird. There are sites where you can pay out 10,000 eur and then you have to wait 24-48 hours or maybe longer. And if it's your first payout, you may also have to go through a KYC.

Waiting 24 hours is not long. I know there are sites where you can get that 10k in a few hours, but if you're a new customer it can take longer.

Don't worry about the payout. It is the first time that you are requesting a cashout on the site, they may need to check some additional information.
I expect that tomorrow will be settled during the day. They told me they will write you an Email once this procedure has been completed.

OP this is definitely premature in a scam accusation. This is a significant amount to be withdrawing, and it clearly states in their TOS withdrawals will be processed within 72 hours, and that they are individually reviewed.

You can only withdraw the amount that is available in your account. There are no default limits for withdrawal requests.
Each player's withdrawal will be individually reviewed and processed accordingly. All withdrawals will be processed within 72 hours.

I can understand being nervous but in the future try looking into an issue or asking questions before posting in "scam accusations" this is where it escalated after timeframes are exhausted. I don't know what your communications have been but if they haven't requested any additional documents I don't see any reason it shouldn't be processed within the 72 hours from the time of request.

10k Euro is a lot of money however there are people/gamblers for them this may not a lot. This accusation seems very premature for me but I understand the emotion from OP. Although it may consider premature, but I do not see anything wrong about it too. And reading the responses from AdkinsBET, it seems there are no problems at all so far.
