Bots can be impressive when we're talking about games where keeping track of stuff, building strategies and knowing various possible outcomes is beneficial. Bots can play chess impressively, and can play poker decently. But when we're talking about something which is based on random results, what is it there for the bot to learn and to analyse? I have doubts that a bot can help with anything apart from perhaps funds' management (not losing too much) in this case. And if a person cannot set the paddings right on the webpage, I see no reason to believe this person can make a good bot anyway.

Views can be bought, and YouTube already blocked the video. I've seen that it's been posted again in this thread, but that link only has like 300 views, which is more realistic. And I don't think YouTube would delete a video like this if it weren't a scam.
