Multi account is truly forbidden in almost all of the casino but in any case that their claims is wrong and you didn't have any alt account on their site then the best solution is to talk their support and ask politely with your current issues.

This user is free to start an accusation topic. However, we have 100% proof that this user has created multiple accounts. And our 100% proof does not consist of login sessions with the VPN.
There was also communication with our server from his regular IP address, without the VPN. All users are registered on the site and asked the helpdesk if they could receive a bonus.
All 4 users then bet exactly on the same sports with the same markets, almost the same odds, and all made the same deposit. The ip address is already 100% proof, but this additional gambling pattern is 200% proof for us. If people want to use a VPN, they can ask our support in which cases this is allowed. We did not closed the account because he only used a VPN. There were more issues with this user.
These users were just looking for bonus money. If the users want to start an accusation topic, we will post our story there.
