I'm looking for a freelance site with decent traffic where the developers can choose Bitcoin as a payment method.
Also the fees would need to be low i.e. less than 5%.
Anybody heard of one ?

Your best bet is to lobby elance or somewhere to accept it. I have seen a couple BTC only job boards, but they have almost no users. Or you could build one yourself, but you'll need to support fiat currencies if you want vplume. Automatically converting funds between fiat and BTC to meet both buyers and sellers needs would allow anyone to accept any project.

What do you except: will the big ones, Elance, Odesk and Freelancer offer bitcoin payments anytime soon?

Recently I heard about coinality.com that is a nice job board for employers / freelancers & they accept bitcoins as payment there... More options may be available in market as getting discussed here .

Can't open both of these site. Is it just me? It is not just you. But hey the two sites were suggested in 2011, it is not a surprise to see them going down after almost 3 years lol.

Something similar to Fiverr or even Seoclerks would be brilliant for a website to be able to work for others in exchange for bitcoins. I myself have been looking for something similar for a while and everything I find is either not busy enough to warrant bothering with or it does not look too professional and may be worth staying away from.

FreedomSponsors and BountySource both support bitcoin (I know they only target opensource software but hey, I see that as a feature, not a bug )
