The PROMO in a nutshell:

There will be 12 bounties, one released each day from December 25th to January 5th. Any bounties claimed count as ONE qualification for the FINAL wheel spins on January 6th. 5 names will be randomly drawn using a wheel spin, these winners will collect 0.005 BTC each. You can have your name on the wheel a maximum of 12 times (one per bounty).

During the 12 days, 5 of the bounties will ALSO be DAILY bounties, in which any qualifiers will also participate in a wheel spin the day after the bounty period. If there is only one bounty claimant for one of the daily bounties, no spin, they are the winner. Prize of EACH of these is also 0.005 BTC.
