Looks like you can sell and buy crypto but you can't withdraw the money from the exchange.

I have checked the site there is nowhere to be found, not even a secure site at all,

here is the information about the site, it just creat this year, hardly hear about the site at all
I'm just curious why are you trying to trade on that site where you know in the first place that it's not known to the public
the site is no ssl not secure, i suggest you try poloniex or binance i have been trading for a long time
I hope this time you'll learn that it is important to trade to a known site just forget the fee's, they a bit high but at least you know you are safe.

Yes highly chance this is a scam exchange. Do you have any experience with this exchanges? If you have deposited any amount and can't do withdrawal you can create a accusation with proper scam format here Scam Report Format (Use it to make scam reports properly)

Hello, gentlemen, I guess that's true.  I stuffed $ 2,000 in there and I probably won't see them again.  It always rejects me when transferring to another wallet.  But only there they write something about 3 security and of those 3 you have to hit at least two correctly.
 This is written there.
What is a multi-signature cold wallet?
It is a USDT wallet that is stored offline and requires at least m of n signatures for any funds. On IEX Hit , the cost of any funds requires at least 2 of the 3 partners to sign. Are you sure it's already a scam?

Absolute scam. They are using the multi signature wallet excuse to confuse you and lie to you. The fact is that you are supposed to freely withdraw your money from an exchange minus requiring you to look for "2 of the 3 partners to sign"

When you were creating an account with them, I don't think it was operating on a multisig wallet.
