Yes I know a weird topic title. Here's what I know:

Someone I know just said out load he got 1400 $ in value by getting a certain coin on a platform. I don't talk to him much and even if I asked he wouldn't tell me so lets try and find out what it is.

He had to meet certain requirements to get them. The coins he got range in the 600 as a number. Its a new coin recently added or listed.

Maybe an airdrop of some kind?

A defi coin maybe?


Is anyone aware of any awards, airdrops that are presently on going that give away such high value? 1400$

Obviously I want in on this but I do not have enough information to find this. Maybe you can help.

for LON I heard it because they often make announcements on Imtoken but for UNI and 1inch, I have never found where to make announcements. But what is certain is that soon a lot of scammers will be doing the same thing as they do, so beware

Brings back memories, I thought this kind of airdrops don't exist anymore. When I was new in crypto, I received so many airdropped coins and sold it higher than 200 dollars, it was worth it and I felt that kind of airdrops won't be possible anymore. I think it is the 1Inch exchange airdrop you are referring to. To get the airdrop certain conditions needs to be met such as trading on the exchange for sometime and with a good amount of funds as well. I also think Imtoken had their own airdrop as well, but that was few days ago. In addition, from the look of things, it seems that is the new method of airdrops now, you trade on a particular exchange with a certain range of funds and become eligible for their airdrop, however as usual, if it gets rampant scammers will join up to launch theirs and make their own money, so endeavour to make sure the exchange you are trading on is worth it, moreover, most times the network fees is somehow higher, which is kind of discouraging.

Not just UNI and 1 inch, there are few good others too that people aren't too away of, orion protocol was also very good, even ghost was big too, every ESH holders were qualified for Ghost token and some make thousands of dollars through this airdrop only

The next opportunity is DyDx, very likely. They charge shitloads of fees on trades but I think it is worth a try if it holds possibilities of such airdrops.

These traders are always using the decentralized swap service like uni, sushi, 1inch and many more. These are increasing their probability to be eligible for the airdrop. really lucky you got 1inch Token and worth $ 10k? if calculated at current prices you have approximately 5500 (1INCH): $ 10k? that's a very large number. This was completely unexpected, and there was no announcement of this. hopefully next time there will be other new surprises.

I know a way to earn 1400$ but people need to pay me $1000 to know the details about it. When I sell the detail to 14 different people, I would have earned $1400.
But to be real, don't sought after these earn quick scheme. Even if the strategy is working now, if many people starts following it, it would stop working. Even in trading, you need to devise your working trading strategy yourself.

Yes too late for you if you will just use that exchange this day since the distribution already given last day if I'm not mistaken. to get the next one also try to deposit in another dex exchange and trade at least once.  Maybe you know one of them will give you tokens with value later on .

I think maybe he is good at referring it to his friend to register and getting those free coins, He just got lucky because it is really for new coin to be in the list of the market since there a lot of fake airdrop just to get those people money. If you really want to earn as much as your friend maybe try to do some research about airdrop and try to do what his doing ask more about those. i already tried to earn that kind of money but in trading where i got lucky too which i just followed my guts. Maybe a defi project since there a lot of projects coming because of bitcoin create a project like this is kind of 50/50 in the market.

Official Airdrops like this come unexpectedly, if there is an announcement about official Airdrops like this, of course everyone will flock to take part in it. this was a surprise like Unsiwap at that time.
