Yes, you should withdraw in bitcoin so that your coins don't get lost. Also do not expect much decrease in bitcoin price because binance takes fix 0.0005 BTC for withdraw and as long as bitcoin price is high, this will always look as a burden for us. Just don't convert it in usd and pounds and you will not feel it a big fee.

Don't think bitcoin price can go down now because its been adopted by institution. If you want to transfer your bitcoins to hardware wallet and store them for a long time, then you can afford this one time fee. But if you want to trade back and forth, then its better to keep them on exchange and save the withdrawal fee.
