I got scammed by FortuneJack (Nexus Group Enterprises NV)

Hello, my username @ FortuneJack: Alankkk.
Recently, I did deposit 5.5$ into my wallet. I've won 110$ from 5.5$ - little WOW.
Okay, so I went to the Withdrawal tab to withdraw my money.
It was held for 24 hours due to security issues, OK.
The next day, I got an email that told me my account is now banned, and I can't withdraw my funds. Even my deposit is now gone.
They keep ignoring me now like they can't do anything with this. I did not have any other accounts associated, and they remain in the position of: "we can't do anything" - that's a pure scam.
When I ask them, which accounts are associated - they even tell me, they can't let me know. (What the heck?)
You can't share this information because of GDPR? So how could you assign that, these accounts are pretty mine?
During this story, the deadline is I do not get any reply from now, I got Live-Chat banned.
No Email Replies. No Contact. Account Banned. Money Gone. No winnings, no deposit. Like It never happened, but in the reality, everything was lost already. It's terrible, and pathetic how they could accept your losses, but hate when you win.
I never could understand why they do things like this. I'm not alone. They should have their license already lost, and I'm about to file a complaint against them, including the compensation reward for lost time, and the situation that happened.
This is, how CASINOs scam PEOPLEs. -  Everything is okay, till you won't lose.

Which attachments though. Don't see any. And let's be real, Casinos scam their players legally imo, through house edge. It may be small, but it's honest work since it's in the agreement between the two parties. Contradicted myself a bit there, but hey, you get my point, in the end, Casinos are the real winners. Anyhow you can try sending a direct complaint to their thread here, it's quite active from what I can see. Make sure to attach the proof next time though.

In addition to what they've said I suggest posting your complaint on their AskGambler page so you'll find out the actual reason and how your account got linked.

Their live supports are just following the rules that's why they can't share those information and I guess their security team are the only ones allowed to share those information when necessary.

So far OP cannot prove anything, words cannot sustain an allegation, even if he cannot post images he should send external links for images and pictures for his allegations, and he should transfer his thread to the scam section if he can post the prove and follow the right format, even if the amount is small FortuneJack should address the issue, I'm 100% sure there is a violation here.

1. OP, you cannot post images here as you are a newbie. Try to post links of your screenshots instead.

2. Move this topic to Scam Accusations as you are now directly accusing FortuneJack of scamming you. The move topic button is found on the bottom left hand corner.

3. This is not the first time that something like this happened with FortuneJack. I am not saying that this is exactly similar with past cases but I've read somewhere that certain cases somewhat similar to this were eventually resolved properly.

I will feel the same way if I only bet $5 and won over $100, it's not everyday that you will win 20 times of what you deposit, if OP thinks that he did not violate the rules then he has a case, but just posting your story will not do, you need to post screenshots and conversations but since he is ban he cannot access his account anymore and he cannot screenshot his dashboard to show the balance, but let's see.

Some parts of the thread are missing like how old is his account and is this the first time he deposits, if the amount is that small Fortunejack will not bother with the amount and he will just let OP get his winning but if there is a clear violation they will flag your account right away, they will not wait for you to win big amount before they flag your account, they flag you whether you win small or little amount.

Sounds Like Fortune Jack needs explanation here, If they are pointing you to have Another account then It's your right to know which it was .

Though this is a common case from gambling sites and the common reason they use to engaged in winners.

Depends on what games he was playing to build that hundred buck, if it was sportbetting then yes he can be skilled but it was on luck based game then it was pure luck. He clearly stated that his account is banned because FJ detects his account is connected to other account which is against the terms.

I have no ideas why ToS is a weapon of betting sites. Once you created and account on any casinos means that you are agreeing the ToS, so it does not make senses to say that ToS is a great weapon for the casino.

For above case, telling a story of getting scammed without any valid evidences wont change anything. FJ do not even need to care about it imho unless OP provide valid evidences. This is not the first time I heard about similar case on FJ, in the past FJ showed the proofs of their user who have multi accounts. So I'm sure FJ wont accuse their user to have multi accounts without any solid proofs.

if you feel that you've been wronged and you didn't do anything that justifies the banning of your account and withholding your funds you should provide evidence(i.e deposit transaction, the email they sent you, screenshot, etc..) to back up your claim. the forum community have already helped members who have been wronged by some of the gambling sites get their money back.

You are either a lucky guy or a cheater or an expert to have won that amount out of that $5.5 you deposit, you did not mention if it's your first bet and how long you have been betting but it's quite harsh banning you like that without even giving you a full or a good explanation why are you ban, every gambler will get angry if they did not receive explanation on why they are ban we hope to see their explanation so all other players who wants to play on FortuneJack will be aware of the specific rule why you are ban..

Op, please do what others have suggested (open a scam accusation, supplied with some screenshots or move this topic to scam accusations and edit your original post to add the proofs). You didn't lose that much money, which is definitely a good thing, but it also means that there's no way Fortunejack meant to scam you on this one. It's one of the most reputable casinos on the forum. The banned account sounds like something they would do if you violated the terms (the most popular problem is multi-accounting which I think they suspect of you now or playing from a banned jurisdiction). As for them "ignoring" you, it's Christmastime now, to delays are very understandable. I'm sure they'll grant you an explanation once you post it as an accusation in the appropriate board.

Fortunejack is a big company I'm sure there's a reason behind it and they won't ruin their reputation by scamming a $100.

yups there are many things needs to clarify Here because he was been accused of Multi accounts ,things that very questionable ,because 5 dollars deposit won 100$ just like that? Looks like FJ has the reason for doing this but they need to explain and show proofs of their accusation or else this will rebound to their name that now being having so much issues ,Maybe same reason that's why their signature campaign has been stopped.

Considering the brand, scamming $5.5 or let's just say $110 is not worth for Fortunejack. I will consider them (Fortunejack) is speaking what they believe, and they might have enough evidences however if you think they are wrong and if you can provide enough evidences then I will suggest like others to create a scam accusation against them.

Remember to give enough evidences. Don't expect us just to believe your words.

There is no attachment on your thread, maybe you have forgotten to include it on your post, you can still edit it or create another topic again to the scam accusation section that is already given above. There is still no evidence that you are telling the truth unless you will give the screenshot of your evidence. I don't have experience with the website but anyway thank you for posting it here so I could be aware even though it is still not proven.
