after that, every altcoin announcement and project was like a total scam, Every new member became a copper member for management of a project.
 I mean why isn't there any rules for this?
Every day there is so many coins launched in the market but they didn't even know about this forum.

Actually it is very simple to understand this, because launching a coin or token does not necessarily have to create a kind of campaign in this forum, because many projects launch coins without creating a campaign, and they are successful and still survive in a market with very trading volume not bad.

because it is difficult to choose a project that is said to be a scam. need a reference and also a very sophisticated detector. In this forum, of course, there are a lot of scam projects that are scattered, and therefore we all here must also participate in destroying the project in order to maintain the stability of the forum. we can easily post reports indicating a project scam, so moderators can take action immediately.

I dont get it. You dont like that users could become copper members and create an ANN topic easily. Or you dont like that while lots of projects are launched, only few create ANN topics here and among those created topics, part are scam? Well, not every project need a promotion and some wish to be anonymous.

Copper member accounts were created so affordable, so that projects can represent them selves instantly and make presentation attractive. If you dont like that a lot of projects are scam - turn yourself into scam hunter. Check every created topic/project.

I disagree with this although there are some scam, it's not true that they don't know bitcointalk, in fact, all the legitimate ico and coins were advertised here, maybe they pretend that they don't know the forum because they know that people here are checking their project if it's legit or not, and they might be discovered their scheme, there are lots of campaign and announcement here, and as far as I know this forum is well known.

there is nothing that can be done to stop the scam, unless we do our own research beforehand on what we want to invest, no one forces you to buy anything here, this is purely the responsibility of each individual.
as for this forum has stopped many of these activities but it is impossible for all of them to be covered.

Yeah there should be a standard operating procedure or steps to stop low quality and scam projects to get listed on this forum to filter out the bad guys.
Secondly, I think the forum also needs to market itself to the target audience with a fresh approach, may be use cmc or other high traffic platforms ads to attract new and right kind of members and projects to the forum.

When you bring a project here and launch it, you also have some responsibility to verify some information about that project. You can't keep yourself safe just by imposing everything on investors and bounty hunters. So the manager should be held responsible for unprofessional management. Because a professional manager never launches a project without thoroughly verifying it.

You have to understand that it is not that easy to determine the good project from the bad, I admit it is important this new projects are subjected to some form of validation process to check their authenticity but this will be a really pressing job for the forum admin, reason why it is important to do your own research.

There is no way to prevent them.although a few projects are good but first they need to come here for their promotion right? But there are some restrictions for newbie user.that's why project manager need to buy copper memberships to Prevent those restrictions or hire high rank member.anyone can rank up by expense some money and there is no rules about that. It will stop when nobody supports them anymore. It's very important to see people stop supporting such projects because if there's no one that supports them, they'll stop and understands that there is zero market and no potential for them to grow.
But it's hard to make it happen when other investors and bounty hunters don't look to projects that they buy and participate.

This forum helps alot in determining a project whether their legit or not, it's also good to know if they have done something wrong or didn't pay their rewards even when the whitepaper or part of their website is just copy paste we will know here in forum. Project managers may not familiar with this forum but what important is crypto enthusiast as well the investors know this forum and uses in their advancement not to get scam.

Have you ever asked some bounty hunters to stop wearing and participating scam projects. That they have to take a look at deeper what and who's behind the project that you plan to promote.
Invest at your own risk, the forum can't monitor all of these suspicious projects, not unless If someone would actually open a scam accusations on the right board.
There's always a rule against scam, but scammers always finds a way to make it less suspicious.

That is why we are also responsible for our actions we shouldn't just blame the manager for handling a scam campaign because they are also a victim.
We should chose carefully since there are so many scams.
That is the only way to avoid being scam don't just join any campaign choose wisely.

The interesting fact is that scams cannot be stopped and will always exist, therefore always be careful in choosing projects.
Do some research before choosing projects, at least this will help us find out which projects are legitimate. Regarding the rules of
this forum to overcome scams, it has been done, but scammers always find loopholes to do scams. So if you really want to avoid
scams, you don't need to join a bounty campaign and invest in Bitcoin to make money.
