We all know that it was a very popular forum back in 2017-2018.

after that, every altcoin announcement and project was like a total scam, Every new member became a copper member for management of a project.
 I mean why isn't there any rules for this?
Every day there is so many coins launched in the market but they didn't even know about this forum.

Newbies with copper member rank was put in place in order for newbies who want to post pictures on the ANN section to be able to do that without having to pay any high ranked member in this forum, I don't think the admin can differentiate between a scammer and a legit person through the sats they send, and besides its up to you if you want to invest in a new project or not, nobody is forcing anyone to invest in any new project, so do your own research, lastly not all projects are scam just DYOR and you will be good to go.

many are disappointed because there are people who are not responsible for every campaign.by providing a good concept and attracting potential investors and the end of the wait turned out to be only fooled by the team who deliberately carried out a fraudulent project under the guise of a campaign or token sale.

When this world would disappear, maybe in this time scams will stop. However it will not stop, scams are the bad side of cryptocurrency. Everybody wants to make easy money, for this reason, they use fraud. About copper membership, if you have money and want to be copper membership you can buy it. l agree it is not fair, but the system works like so.

Well, if honestly we say then it is impossible to stop scamming. If bitcointalk creat news rules or regulation then they will come with other strategy which could be more dangerous. So simple answer is its impossible. But though it is a problem so there is also a solution. So now you can asked what is the solution. Simple if they are coming to scamming with us with their idea and comes to show us they are smart. Then why you can't show them you are smart too. If you are able to predict that this project could be scam its a damn sure. Then simple stay away from them and you also promote that things that this project could be scammed zo everyone stay away from it. So use your brain. This could be a biggest solution. Thank you

I don't understand what you(OP) means by rules. So many rules already exist and people are getting banned from it. You can't stop scam projects by stopping cooper members or newbies. Only 3 years ago the CMC listed coin was 2000-2500, some new altcoins are taking place of them because new altcoins are good. New altcoins provide new ideas and better service than old projects.

Scam wouldnt really be gone on this world as long money do exist and there's a certain market on where there's value do circulates.Criminal minds would be always in the dark
for them to wait the opportunity on scamming out people.If a certain method or modus had been exploited or bust out then its expected that there would be new ways
or methods for them to scam out people and this cycle would continue.This is why we should really be aware with that and always use up your own common sense.
Everything do sounds too good to be true then its definitely a scam.

The scam project wouldn't stop unless people stop on supporting it and starts to recognize the scam and legitimate projects,
Scammers wouldn't stop on creating new project unless they wouldn't get anything in return or they wouldn't get profit from their scam project.
If you would put yourself on their perspective would you stop even if you are gaining too much money from it?

It cannot stop as long as we have no regulations that govern. there is a scam because they can freely make Project easily. if we observe that there are so many who develop but not a few that end up being fraudulent. we can only be more careful about investing. Remember that nowadays there are so many scams and you should be more careful yourself for now. don't get caught up in a new project that still lacks trust

That right there has been my opinion. I understand there are many projects spring up and as a crypto investor I like to make money as I believe do all investors and with all this new projects, you should be wise enough to get in and get out, don't stay in it for long but for my long time investments or HODL, i will rather stay with those projects that have proven their worth or earned their trust in the crypto space.

Scamers know that the crypto industry is full of money, so they can easily enter the crypto space and cheat in various ways. they came up with a new strategy like this time Trends Defi, one example of a new tool for their scam action. and here we contribute to each other to find project scams or other negative things. If you find a suspicious project, then you can also warn others by posting to a fraudulent thread.

If you are new, it is better if you read more of the thread here to get advice on investments that you can choose or just suggestions for altcoins that you can choose. the risk of investing is very high and you must have the knowledge to be able to benefit. don't get stuck on the wrong altcoin. There are many new people who make decisions wrong

Bitcointalk wasn't just popular since 2017. It was popular in 2013 and I wish I knew this forum back in the day. I had heard of Bitcoin but I didn't know there was this kind of activity and didn't look. If I had found bitcointalk earlier I would be part of this forum from the first day I knew about it.
For me, bitcointalk has helped me a lot in my research on many projects. Sometimes scams are not easy to notice, however in bitcointalk there are some members doing the good job of exposing them with evidence. This matters a lot.

don't think the scamer will stop tons of projects or bounties popping up every day and they are so neatly styled that it doesn't look like project scamers
what we do is accuracy before joining the bounty or investment Only it can compare between scamers and real project and of course we will avoid losses

This fotum was created due to make discuss about bitcoin & others cryptocurrency.moreover also help new comers who aren't properly aware about crypto.that's why still there is no others rule for new accounts.but the problem is, scammers take this thing as a oppourtunity to make money by posting scam project from their new created account.i expect a early step from Moderators. but till then, temporary solution is, just need to avoid them.dn't perticipate their project and their bounty.although some newbie posted real project also.so you may join after done checking properly

There is simply no way to prevent fraud. This is part of human nature, there will always be bad and good people. There will always be someone who will try to cheat you and take your money, whether the projects have anything to do with this forum or not.
Even if some rules are invented, ways to fraud will be invented.

What I am amazed by is how the newbie advances the project of the con artists? while they are still newbies and don't know much about projects and don't have any experience in advancing a project either, so I think this must be clarified very completely.
