Hello,

I registrated at blockchain around 4 yrs ago.
By mistake i didn`t safe the registrated email adress to my wallet.
I safed the wallet, wallet ID and wallet ID Password.

by the wallet i can see my balance.

Now I am not able to access my wallet since the 2FA email verfication is enabled.
There is a link if you know the registered email to change the 2FA to another email (https://login.blockchain.com/#/reset-2fa)
But since I don`t remember the email anymore i cannot use this link.

As I didnt know much about BTC in earlier days I also didn`t set up the 12 recovery words.

Already two support tickets to blockchain about changing my email in their system or disabling 2FA email verification have been ignored by the support.

Did anyone here had the same issue and solved this or can anybody help in that case?

best regards

Can you login using the wallet id and password? If so why don't you just send your funds to another wallet and just make a new blockchain wallet or any wallet you prefer.

Do everything possible to make sure you remember the email address you used along with its login password or else you Bitcoin is lost forever. I understand why the support won't help you recover the account. The main reason is all a bought security.

Imagine if a stranger knew wallet ID and password but had no access to your email address. The would bypass the 2FA by requesting for support to reset your account to a new email address they have control over.

Theoretically, I guess the support staff could at least send a mail to the 2fa mail that's currently being used to secure this account.
If they get a reply, they can tell the owner of said mail that someone has his blockchain credentials. If they don't get a reply, it might give a small indication the address is indeed lost... However, this would only be an indication: the email might have been hacked so it's no longer the original owner replying, or the real owner might think it's a phishing mail that was sent by the support staff..
But a mail like this, together with some other info might be enough to honour OP's request (things like login times, ip's, os, language,...)

But blockchain support isn't known to put any extra effort into helping people...

Can you login using the wallet id and password?
Even if he can, blockchain.com has already made it a requirement for 2FA-email verification per login.

@OP we couldn't that much in here. You're the only one to solve it by remembering the email. Even if your wallet ID/login details and passwords are right but if you can't access the email's 2FA, you cannot bypass the login.

But blockchain support isn't known to put any extra effort into helping people...
I did email them before and luckily helped me by giving suggestions with the bugs that I've reported to them.

Even blockchain wouldn't help in that case. A possible solution is just try to remember the email id that you have used to register on the blockchain wallet. If it was very easy then anyone could hack the wallet, that's why it's quite complicated. Blockchain support will not help you unless you submit the registered email id. There is no way to identify your email via wallet id and password. You may use all of your mail in the find wallet id reminder option. So, you will notify in your email with your wallet id if any. Also, they will show if your email belongs to any registered wallet id. Try to look at your notebook if you saved your email list somewhere.

What do you mean by "wallet"? Do you mean address? Because you've mentioned you can see your balance.
If so, it's not needed for recovery at all.

What you need to restore the wallet to other clients or to a new blockchain.com account is the "backup phrase" (info),
that's the 12-words that you can get from the security settings (you won't be able to get it without logging in).
If you didn't made a backup of the recovery phrase, then your only option is their customer support.

@nc50lc

By Wallet I mean the Bitcoin Adress starting with 1J...
I must admit I am only able to check the bitcoin adress as i saved this adress.

So i checked back the first incoming bitcoin transfer. But thats doesn`t mean it is the real creation date of the bitcoin adress.
It is the latest possible date.

As I assume that I created this bitcoin adress the same day as the blockchain wallet, so I need to know when the bitcoin adress was created.

So if there any ways with a known bitcoin adress to find out when that bitcoin adress was created?

best regards

Unfortunately, there's no way to tell when an address was created since technically it can exist and viewed from a blockexplorer as long as it's valid.
In the Blockchain however, there is no address database whatsoever, only transactions.

Anyways, my previous post about the recovery phrase is for newer accounts.
Older blockchain.info account are way complicated to restore since the recovery phrase can't be used to recover the private keys.

Remembering the creation date isn't important at all upon recovering your wallet from blockchain.com, and also there's no way to find out when you have created the wallet.  It only recorded when there was a transaction to be done.

An email address is very important upon recovering the wallet in Blockchain, if you don't have this, there's no way to recovery.  If you have lost 2FA or password there's a possibility that you can brute force your wallet but if your email address were lost. The chances are very slim unless if you remember and have full control of your email address even you have forgotten your password or seed.

I was bookmarked this video youtube tutorial a long time ago, I saw posted here but I can't remember where it is.
Brute-force your online blockchain.info wallet with btcrecover, it could probably help you if that is your problem.

Of course, it is.

When you have successfully created a wallet and it will generate a new Bitcoin address at the same time, so it is impossible that they were made on different dates.  The fact is that Bitcoin addresses aren't created, they are generated as a representation of the public key.  Technically, you will never know when it is generated.

The only one who will solve this is only you, remembering where did you save your password and your wallet ID.  I tried to look at my wallet files now and that was saved on my laptop notepad, as I can see there is a date when I save my backup files, probably you can find it there if when the exact time you have saved your ID wallet and password.  Just a simple guess if you are the one who created that wallet.

Do they need the exact date?
Because I vaguely remember that there's someone who had asked the same info but he'd given a timeframe instead of an exact date and it was accepted by blockchain's CS.

But don't rely on my words yet until I found that post (I'll post an update if I found it).

It's not possible to find the exact date of the Bitcoin address was generated. This is block explorers only read other information like the transaction timestamps, when the address first received and last received the transaction etc. In this case, at least try to remember if you generated the address the exact day you sent Bitcoins to it. The transaction details could help determine the address generation date.
