I’m mining ETH with a 6 card RX 5700 rig (non XT). Below is how I have the rig overclocked in SimpleMining (I’m using the Phoenix miner). Any thoughts on tweaks I can / should make?

you could try

1360,1360,1360,1360,1360,1370
  900,900,900,900,900,910

all the rest the same.

if you list all six cards

you can tune each one separately.

run above and one card is a tiny bit higher clock card six

see if that helps or is worse.

then do just card five

try each card one at a time.

if they improve good if not go back to old settings.

you have very good numbers btw.

Great hash rate, what is your wall power consumption?
I mean only the increased speed of the fans, and the fans of the ACUS video cards are not of the highest quality, therefore, with this operating mode,
the fans will break after 2 years or a little earlier.

Don’t have a wattmeter on this one so not sure what the power is at the wall.

You already have an excelent hashrate

You can try to reduce power consumption now, I have a 5700 non XT too and I'm using 745mv on core voltage, totally stable, I can reduce more, but I'm pretty happy with the stability of my rig
In a 6 card rig you can save a lot of electricity reducing all your 6 cards

Fan speed is another thing I suggest you to reduce, 75% or max 80% is enough to increase the lifespan, 88 or 90% is too much, and Asus don't have the best fans available (nothing to worry, but they didn't have quality of Sapphire for example)

All of your cards are bios modded right?

Yes, cards are bios modded. Seems to be stable setting core undervolt to 780. Hashrate actually went up a bit and dropped 15 watts (according to SMOS).

I don’t think there is anyway to reduce fan speed in SMOS.

I don't know how much time you're mining with these two pics, but after the undervolt to 780mv I can see the temperatures are lower, hashrate a little bit higher and 15w less, it's a good improvement already
I think you can reduce a little more the core voltage, try to reduce to 760, it's almost certain that will not reduce hashrate and you can save another 15w to the total of 30w (if you have medium to high electricity price, it's important)
Some cards here (5700 and 5700xt) only reduces hahsrate below 750mv

About the fans, I don't know how to do on Simple Mining, but I think if you increase the target temperature, the fans will reduce speed, but 65c is good
And you can ask to the dev how to reduce fan speed if you want: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1541084.11380

I would suggest to take a look at memory temperatures. If I maintain 56/57 degrees C on any card that means memory is at 90+ degrees.

61 C seems too much. I have 8 5700xt, all micron memory

I also don't see the memory temperature, but if it is about 90 degrees Celsius, then this is a good result.
On other video cards, the memory temperature rises above 100 degrees C, so the hashrate drops.
The highest temperature will be on the last graphics card

Good point about the memory temperature, I think that is another limitation of SMOS. Perhaps it’s worthwhile to switch to HiveOS. What would you say is an acceptable temperature for memory, anything under 100°?

Anything below 95°C is fine to run 24h
I'm using a Gigabyte 5700xt and the temperature here is 92°C on memories, my country is hot and there's nothing I can do to reduce, and it's running 100% for months

I'll give you a link to Igor's lab with more technical info: https://www.igorslab.de/en/gddr6-memory-temperatures-comprehensibly-explained-and-remeasured-is-amd-doing-everything-right-basics/

Things to consider before worry about temps:

You're mining, so you're using 100% of your memory, for games it's hard to hit 100%, so your temp will be higher obviously
Some people tests Vram temps only in a PC well ventilated, but with 1 GPU, if you're using a rig of 3 or more cards, you'll have more heat
Maybe you don't live in a cold country, so your temps will be higher

It's always good to reduce temps, with more fans, or more space between GPUs, but let's be honest, it's hard to broke a card due to temperature nowadays, the card will reduce hashrate or even turn off before failure
