There is no direct qualification for the Group stage, and Group stage will have 32 teams, same as Champions League, consisted from 17 teams from the UEFA Europa Conference League main path, 5 teams from the UEFA Europa Conference League champions path and 10 teams eliminated in the UEFA Europa League play-offs
Introduction of Europa Conference league will streamline European competitions, since all three will now have 32 teams in Group stage (Europa League Group stage will be reduced), and ensure more teams from lower ranked countries in all competitions
Group stage winners will proceed directly to knock-out, while second placed team from the Group will play knock-out match with third placed teams from Europa League - and from there knock-out competition from round of 16
Winner will have place in Europa League Group stage next season
Access Listas can be seen from access list, there will be only one club from top 5 countries (before some drop-out from Europa League), two teams from countries between 6-15 on UEFA list, and three teams from countries that are between 16-28 on the UEFA list, for which this competition is obviously primary started
