 When you go to his linked shortened  Telegram website it lists some sort of referral site which I would trust as much as taking shots of disinfectant to ward off Covid..

EDIT:  It's simply a MLM referral scheme with a website registered end of October 2020.  Lots of obvious fake reviews on some review sites that all read like they were written by the same people.  Don't want to link to them but Google BITLOCITY.
