You need to go to the mining section regarding that, at the same time you might lose your job doing that, might lessen also the life span of your computer by doing that, it requires an ASIC miner to mine or a mining rig, you have to choose what coin to mine  then you can choose what you need to buy, a rig for mining, good luck

I don't think it's possible to use your machine to mine these days. Most miners are very high power and it's unlikely a computer would be able to keep up with that (unless you've a graphics card).

And no you shouldn't have put this in mining, it's very heavily moderated...

Just be careful or you might lose your job if you use the computer for mining and as mentioned in post above that it can't keep up with other mining rig. I suggest that buying a mining rig yourself to mine if you really want to earn crypto from mining or another way around to earn crypto.

You are right,Although BTC has risen, but the difficulty of mining will definitely increase.I will learn the theory first. What should I to do come here?

<...>
Besides it being unethical (unless it’s your own company, and even so), prone to overheating the computer, feasible only with some alt coin (certainly not bitcoin), and a job risk hazard, it’s also a potential backdoor to letting malware of some kind into the company’s network.

Imagine you install malware that turns into ransomware that encrypts the data on the server and/or computers. That would be a real issue. There is fake mining software around. It only takes one bad decision to potentially placing you in dire straits (not the band).

How can I use my office computer to mining? Will it damage the computer?
Mining Bitcoin with your office or home computer is close to impossible. Back in the days when Bitcoin was just coming up to the world, it could have been easily done but with the hight in which Bitcoin have grown, mining has become more suffisticated too. The more Bitcoins miners get to mine, the more the reward is dropped and the difficulty in mining is multipled so, it's not a very good career for beginners in cryptos this days and it requires way much resources than I suppose you do have now.

Forget about Bitcoin mining, because that's not possible with ordinary computers, and considering that you say you have debts, you certainly can't afford expensive mining equipment, and there's also the cost of electricity. Whichever way you turn it won't get you out of debt, it can lead you to even bigger debts - crypto mining is for big players.

On the other hand, if you have at least a few thousand dollars, cheap electricity and the desire for such an endeavor, first arm yourself with knowledge and then go on an adventure.

Possible, it's just for new altcoins.

When the altcoin are improved and more difficult to mine, you computer will not profitable to mine it since you need a cost to pay the electricity, heat, and damaged component. You'll need to buy mining rigs/hardware or other alternative to able earn profit. But like you said most of altcoin are worthless and hard to predict which new coins will perform better in the future.

Better to get a job in real life or offering your services to pay your debt.

If it's possible to mine a coin with office computer then it isn't worthy to mine it. How high a coin can be valued which is secured by CPU crackable algorithm anyway?

It is unlikely to damage your computer and unlikely to give you any profit. If safety at your workplace is at even "toy store" level, you will be detected.

I won't touch upon the mining difficulty, and the issues of trying to mine with computers as I believe its been covered already. I.e, mining on a laptop will likely not yield much profit, if any at all. However, I will go into the effects that Bitcoin mining can have on either your computer or dedicated mining equipment. Everything, that is constantly running will wear down, this goes for the electrical cables that is connected to your device, and the device itself. Bitcoin mining due to the hashrate it needs to generate, usually causes a little bit of heat, which can wear down your machine all that quicker. If you are running it 24/7, then components could become defective. You would probably need to apply thermal paste to your CPU, fairly often, and would need to check each component for any signs of defects. This should be factored into your costs, and downtime. Maintenance will cause downtime, which in effect will reduce your profitability.

Dedicated mining machines are usually manufactured to mitigate these problems as much as possible, however a personal computer would not be. So, these issues are far more apparent on non dedicated machines. If you can afford the dedicated machines, and the electric that it would use, then I would definitely recommend that over a personal computer, even if a personal computer does manage to scrap a little bit of profit every month, its likely to be largely reduced by the long term effects of mining on your machine.

If you are determined to use your personal computer, then it would need to be a pretty sweet computer to be able to get any profit, and those sweet computers tend to cost more to replace components that have become defective. The maintenance required probably isn't worth it, and this isn't something you can factor into your calculator.

Yes you can but mining with a computer isn't Profitable anymore, you will end up wasting electricity for nothing sake, it's better to get the right equipments for mining to make it worth while, almost all good altcoins you can mine have high mining difficulty

What is the cost of buying equipments for mining? I am afraid that my financial ability is insufficient.
I think I should learn BTC knowledge first.

Mining can't damage the computer parts unless the pc have a failed cooling fan, also if you don't know I think you deserve to know, it's not profitable to mine with pc only, that means all you can use is the CPU and CPU mining isn't worth it anymore unless you have a high end cpu like RYZEN 9 3950X

It's a waste of time mate, you can use computer to mine but it's not going to bring you anything good, you can use the computer to know more about how mining works but you are going to need good equipment to make good profits
