Hello guys , i got banned last week in that account :

the ban was for plagiarism , the story is i opened the account in 2017 but i didnt use it untill october 2020 , when i back to the forum i didnt read the rules and that was the mistake , i shared an articl about bitcoin without mentioning the source whhich considered a plagiarism , after the members warned me i tried to delete the topic that day but i couldnt because i dont have the right to do it in that section .

later i also copied some words from another forum and i tried to explain it in my way and i shared it in the forum here and you can check it from here : ( i didnt meant to still his words or somthing i just wanted to share valuable informations because even the origine writer was asking about it and i answered it ;  but it was a fault to post it here in the forum )

that was months ago in my first days in the forum but after it i read the rules again wisely this time and i didnt puts another copy past article again and you can check my posts if you want , im trying to be a better member since then especially in the arabic section .

maybe my posts are not that high quality or i have some english mistakes but that because im not a english native speaker , maybe am not the perfect member but also i think im not the worst

short story long , i know what i did is breaking the rules and i should leave but i really want a second chance to be in this forum again as a better member , i also dont mind a signature ban or maybe a temporary ban at least .

what i wanted to say that im guilty and i confess it ..
but im hoping to get a second chance to be here again and prove my self, if not i will just be proud that i was a part of this community one day.

PS : i dont have any other accounts and this is the only one that i created to appeal the ban only , and this account will not be active out of this section.

I haven't been a long time in the forum but my understanding is that if you are banned for plagiarism, yours is a lost case. Also, if you are banned, you shouldn't create new accounts, so I think there is not much you can do.

I suppose more experienced members and/or moderators will confirm this or will tell you if there is something you can do.

Plagiarism is not allowed anywhere and this is not only limited to this forum. If you were new to the forum, we could have given you a second chance if you did not follow any Bitcointalk forum specific rule but plagiarism is a global thing which is not tolerable anywhere and you should know about it.

There are some exceptional cases who did plagiarism i the past but they have been forgiven and received signature ban for certain time period instead of permanent ban.

I don't think OP will get such exception.

First time, you didn't know the rules and made the mistake; you could have edited your post instead of deleting since you are not alowed to delete. After that, you read the rules but repeated the same. I don't think you will be any of exception for theymos to consider the ban.

No of course i didnt make the mistake after i read the rules , all the first topics that i copied , i made them before reading the rules , i mentioned that in the topic

That's an absurd implication that you need to read the rules to know that plagiarism is bad, and even more absurd excuse that you couldn't just edit the post after you've been warned.

Ignorance of the law excuse no one that's why you need to read the rules before engaging here, this serves as a lesson to any users about doing such act since it's a bannable offense and no one can escape that so don't be lazy to contribute good in this forum.

as far as I know, all the newbies/members who have the "I didn't know it was against the rules" excuse has not gotten their ban lifted. sad to say that based on previous ban appeals with the same/similar excuse your account won't be unbanned.

That's not always the case as far as I know. Some members got away with a temporary signature ban but they were good contributors so you may want to follow the same path. If the mods believe you were a good guy overall, they may switch your perma ban to a sig ban.

Believe that idea didnt came to my head at all because i freaked out that moment when they warned me and i didnt think about editing it

These lists should be updated as they are already a bit outdated.
For example, RegulusHr, number 4, recently also received a pardon and was returned to the forum after almost 2 years of waiting and requests from the local community.
Without the clear support of the forum community and if you can't prove that your contribution to the forum is such that you deserve forgiveness and a second chance, I don't think you have a chance.

Another lie. The OP tries to embellish everything, moving away from the main topic. It all started with this theme of merit, and it was an aggressive abuse of merit.

 This presupposed the existence of alternative accounts. I had to take a deeper look at the history of these accounts.
Then I discovered several cases of plagiarism. At the time, the OP was very self-confident. He believed that in case of violation, you can simply edit something, thereby getting rid of the punishment. He registered on the forum in 2017. And he still thinks that post-editing is okay in this case. Isn't that strange? There was no time to read the rules in 3 years?
OP, face it. There is plagiarism, there is the merit of abuse. There are too many cons.
