social media is one of the most extensive information but not all of them are well proven many spread fake news if you want to analyze better about crypto better go oficial and always look at the graph how the graph works

No I don't fully relly on their coments or ads or whatever it is. I know social media platforms are are very good for collecting data about anything but when it's comes to promotion as a consumer it would not be a best choice to believe in all. And in the investment sector it's kind of risky. So I would suggest if you saw or know something from someone in social media always do some research on your own first then go for any kind of investment.

it depends on their field if they are social media influencer but they are not crypto related influencer of course i wouldn't trust them if they promote cryptocurrency its probably a paid advertisement sharing personal crypto insight will be a different topic though.

honestly not, well if i know they are just influencers maybe if they have any backgrounds in cryptocurrency that might be good indicators to trust that influencers, but so far i haven't followed any influencers i don't trust easily i always make my own research about something before trusting it, you know just to double check.

I do not put my trust on any influencers. I only trust myself and advice from veterans who I have interacted with in the real life. Social media are full of scammers and ignorant who only work for their money. And words of their mouth are controlled by anyone who pays them money. Therefore, trust yourself. Dont let anyone manipulate your money.

During the ICO boom some of the projects were able to purchase many notable sports and other celebrities to promote their projects and that included scam projects and those celebrities got into trouble by the authorities for promoting them and it clearly shows that you could manipulate the market by attaching a celebrity for their promotion and everyone learned their lessons from their past mistakes.

Majority of the people invest in projects or new cryptocurrencies hoping that they could profit from it but the scams burned a lot of investors and still people are not learning their lesson.

All these crypto moonboys are worthless. All they do is pump up hopes and egos, giving ridiculous price predictions that are guaranteed to fail. They have no meaningfull credentials but people listen to them because they agree with them.

You need to think with your own head. And in case of failure, who should make claims? Social networks do not bear any responsibility for fraud and other unpleasant situations. News from social networks can not always be trusted, not to mention the cases in which money is involved.

I just follow social media influencers to get informed if something new is up but still the final decision making comes from me. I have my own mind to decide on my own so why bother trusting social media influencers when I can just barely do it on my own. I am not generalizing but there are biased influencers which can be misleading to its followers and if you have encountered such kind of influencer, then you might get lead into a wrong path. Just treat them to influence you on knowing something up new and verify it on your own. Follow it if it have been proven to be true but not at all times since you were the one to benefit or regret upon following them. Think on your own and lead your own way on crypto. Learning starts by trusting on your own and not being dependent into anyone.

Honestly, i have followed lots of twitter influencers and i can say that most of them are active during bull market and goes silent when the market is dull. you see post like btc pumping, lets go to the moon and so on whenever the market turns green. looks like most jump out from Nowhere to proclaim the BTC goodness. My opinion, if they failed to inform their followers and  listeners to be careful and never to be greedy, then they are not truly crypto influencers. all they wanted to do is dump on their fallowers and move on.
Well, you called them social media influencers, and guess what they do? Social media influencing is their business, and they will be ready to do anything or promote/shill any coin on pages for money or for whatever benefit they are going to get from doing it.

So, it’s not whatever they tell you that you’re going to believe, you have to be very careful and do your own research when the so called social media influencers tells you what to do. Don’t be too quick to run and go invest in coins just because they told you that it is good or something, they can be paid by any team to shill their coins or tokens.

this is what influencing people is. isn't it? they say literally anything no matter if that is correct or wrong. and their followers blindly believe and agree with them and more worst is that those followers even try to convince others.
by doing this they get a lot of referrals. they generate sales on their affliate links and they get huge payments for endorsing random projects. thats all what they want and get. they don't care about their audiences and their lose.
so just watch them for fun and do not invest bases of their guidelines or endorsments.

Just few people are real influencer and able to make a difference. A couple are totally anonymous like planB or cobra. others like "gemini twins" are well known in the field. Personally I don't trust too much what they are saying since I am trying to build my opinion on my own, but read their idea and posts it's always something "inspiring" to me.

Its based on who the influencer too, i mean if the one who said Bitcoin Pump soon is someone like American President, isnt it really will influence world and make his word came true? But basicaly, dont put your money in the influencer word, just invest base on your knowledge...

The name they give themselves say it all, they are influencers and the question I ask myself is why I would want to be influenced by someone when it comes to my financial decisions? There is no valid reason for that, if you do not know what to do with your money that is a sign that you should improve yourself in that aspect and not a sign that you should try to get external help, because no mater how good that help could be it is always going to be inferior to what you could do on your own.
Same with my own thoughts too. I am not following nor trust social media influencers on crypto because i know they are being paid with that. I'll always go with my own decision too without the influence of others. They are just the same with us. It would be better to stand on our own on what we think is better and possible than trusting on them.
It is just common sense really, those influencers most likely do not know more about the market than what we do so we do not really need their advice, and the fact they are being paid or they have an economic incentive to say something just means their opinion is distorted and we should not listen to them because they are being paid to say something positive or negative about a particular coin, as such before they even open their mouth their opinions are already useless and who wants to follow someone like that?

No I don't normally. This crypto space is highly depends on marketing band social media marketing is a huge part of it. Many crypto projects pay high amount to the influencer to say something about the project. Some of them are good some of them are nothing but scams. So good company s also promoting their products. So when ever you are knowing something from your favorite influencer always cross check them before investing on that projects.

I agree with you. There are many influences out there these days and we don't really know what kind of hidden agenda they have. If it about a not well known alt coins he might be an investors who is trying to sell. I would recommend to check his recommendations in the past before believing him.

TBH, some influencers don't even know the project they're promoting. I'm just afraid that people will get caught in a scam because of the influencers they idolize promoting the project. Always do your research, these are the most basic things in investing, make sure that your money is safe and in the right hands

Part of the discussion that made be join crypto-currency was a part about crypto-currency influencers I was educated about those influencers and on my research they are not different from body lotion influencers who don't use the product, but are already know and famed in body lotion, entertainment and more, I think thats how crypto-currency is, the influence crypto-coin they don't invest in, so I have not trusted any crypto-currency influencers on social media or any where.

Yeah, at some how I trusted them on their articles and knowledge about crypto but I'm not relying on them when it comes to decision making in investments and trading. I'm just gathering some information and tips from them that I can use for the future references.
wise choice. we must have a basis for our own analysis so that we can determine the right anticipation of our choices. there's nothing wrong with following the development of information from influencers, but don't make it a decision-maker. Influencers can also be wrong because market movements are full of surprises.

I agree bro. Moreover, the louder the calls of such people to buy bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, the closer we will be to the fall.
The influencer will always take the advantage from its followers. The crypto youtubers are also getting paid to promote the scam project too. I have seen some youtubers that blatantly promoting the scam crypto.
I don't know what people think about that but it seems like the majority of its followers were getting brain washed lol.
