CGminer crashing right after startup, help!

Hello!

I am switching my mining rigs to windows to be able to mine Groestl and such, as BAMT cannot. I put Vista on the machine, and it is working fine. I installed all the drivers, started up CGminer, and it gave an error. So I uninstalled the 13.4 drivers, and put on 11.1, still did not work. I tried different drivers, and finally got it to work on 13.12. Now, When I start up CGminer, it starts up and then crashes, no shares ever submitted. I am running CGminer 3.1.0, as that is the only one I could fine. What am I doing wrong? I have tried 11.1, 12.1,13.12,and 13.4. 13.12 is the only one that worked.

I do not want to mine Groestl right now, but I want to have the option for those in the future. I still need cgminer working. Oh, I am running 13.12, editing main post.

post your cgminer settings, os, motherboard, etccccccccccccccc. how do you expect ppl to help u with no information
