Bitcoin gradually clinching to $40k

In recent time we have seen bitcoin constantly increasing in price and at the moment bitcoin price is $32,390 which is a record breaking. I believe before the middle of next week we are going to see the new all time high of $40k, what is your take on this?

First Halving: 28 November 2012
there was a very significant increase occurred in November 2013 with a value of $ 1,127

Second Halving: 9 July 2016
there was a more significant increase from the first halving in December 2017 with a value of $ 19,665

Third Halving: 12 May 2020
When there will be ATH in 2021, no one knows.
and the difference between the second and the first 17X, will it happen too?

so if it breaks only $ 40K it will likely happen quickly and there will be no problems for bitcoin

The $40,000 is a feasible but unpredictable reality such as having reached the $30,000 barrier so fast that the old $20,000 barrier already seems like old news, however the price has to be corrected, we will surely see what I call the nails of the fakir, with their beaks but with a tendency in time to a horizontal line. Now those peaks can be as surprisingly extreme as for example those of January 2; *$32,904 (4:04 pm) to $31,262 at 5:04 pm this happened in just one hour, anyway as things are going it is possible that the price $40,000 is only the reference to make the effect of correcting the bullish run come true or at least stop the ATH party in such short periods.

It's pretty much possible if we looks at the pace with which Bitcoin is growing but we need to consider volatility factor for long term plans. We are happy that Bitcoin is unstoppable and more institutional investments are pouring in and users like you and me who are investing as well in FOMO is also playing key factor in supporting the pump by creating a resistance level. I think $40k is not a big deal as per current market standings.

I agree with you BTCs aggression looks like it may reach 40k, If we have a look for the last 1month BTC never went down so much. The momentum was very strong and unstoppable people are very much eager to buy BTC still they are scared because it may go down anytime, I was wondering about the long-term holders and those who bought in 2017 I would say they deserve this price for their patience.

I think it is not too fast because bitcoin prices are now still searching for more supports to increase to the next high level of the price. Since yesterday, the price having difficulty increasing, and every time the price starts to increase, it will not take too long to go back down and reach the lowest price. But I believe that the price can reach $40k in the future, and I think that price will happen this year. And if that happens, I think the price will not just stop at $40k because the price increase to the other high price and the price could be more than $50k.

Well, it didn't happened as we can see. At least not yet. But I think it's not long till we get to 40. If everything stays and BTC bounces back I think it will be 40 within a month. Now 50k is whole another discussion. Hopefully within H1 2021.

Though in this market there is no guarantee but as it rooling to 30k$ i think it may hit to 40k$. Basically there are good news everywhere and nCOVID 2nd wave also created. As we can see through the passing days, Bitcoin is really impressive on continuously rising its price even there is also dumps happening which is just normal due to its volatility. Upon breaking through another price mark which is $30,000 after many days of staying above $20,000 we are now seeing Bitcoin's price breaching towards the path of $40,000 which is the big expectation of many to happen in no time. Although the price is still playing on ups and downs, it is still possible to make happen that Bitcoin can reach $40,000 price mark but we still do not know exactly how fast and when can that be possible to be made. We just have to wait and see over time what will happen.

The price bounced of the $30K support thrice with reference to BTC/USD 4 hour time frame with that Price Action I don't think the price will go below that price mark again and with a new resistance set up at $34K once the price breaks that zone then $40K price mark will be feasible, while there are fear that the price will be corrected or pullback massively its very obvious that the present Price Action is absolutely different from that in 2017 when the price reached an ATH this time around growing institutional adoptions is in order of the day which serves as a booster to the price.

I'm looking for a $50,000 all time high and this is not based on gut feeling but actually, a well analyze research by plan B. Companies, hedges, pension and banks are looking to try and buy more Bitcoin before a major rally. Institutional adoption will sustain the price, this is not the same in 2017 pump and dump. There's a lot of support in the $30k price level we've successfully retested it, most people are probably expecting a pullback to enter the market but at this time the accumulating phase is over.

Last year, most of us were only hoping for btc to reach 20k but surprisingly we hit beyond that. And now, btc is playing between 33-35k. This is really great news for all of us especially those who are still holding their btc who bought it in cheaper prices. With this price level, there will be really a lot of users that will be attracted to check out on bitcoin, a lot of these noncrypto users will get their interest to venture in crypto. Let's hope that market adoption will grow stronger as well as merchants adoption.

Indeed bitcoin is getting high day by day and it doesn't need a long time for the price reach $40.000 but I guess there will be many people who will afraid to buy bitcoin at the current price. They will be afraid when they have bought because if the correction comes they will lose huge money. In weekly time frame if we see in candle stick pattern we have seen a correction come. That is why there will be many people who will wait the correction comes after they buy. Now, I prefer to choose trading in some altcoin, I don't know when the altcoin season come but the current price movement and with my capital is more suitable to trade/invest in altcoin.

40k seems close because Bitcoin already touched almost 35k recently .

But there are other things to look at , does the correction over ? will there be no coming crash ? and are we really having real investors now ?

It is exciting to see what is happening with Bitcoin these days as well as some fear that the price will fall. But the moment is totally different, there is greater interest in investing in Bitcoin so it could allow the price of Bitcoin to continue its climb and never see its lower price again.

Currently, there is no resistance we can see in the chart. So one thing that might stop this bullish trend is news or a catalyst. Let's hope for the better. But it isn't healthy also that BTC kept on rising right?

Looking at the order books of various exchanges, I can't see any massive sale orders around $40,000 as well. This means that unlike the case with what happened in 2013 and 2017, this time most of the investors are in for the long term. They are not satisfied with 50% or 60% profits. They do have confidence that Bitcoin can reach a level much higher than $35,000 or $40,000 per coin.
