I think what they meant about the statement 6 different offers from top 30 CEX exchanges, is that they received 6 offers from those exchanges listed as top 30, not 30 CEXs wanted to list this token. But anyway, right now, it is indeed better to list in CEX as the fees in DEX is quite unreasonable especially for small traders. Not practical to trade and pay exorbitant fees.

I can't find the information about the sale, sorry but it also could be their IEO running too on tokpie, because I found this post https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5299156.msg56173369#msg56173369 will explain the current situation. At first I thought there was no IEO at there, but they have it. You're right, seems strange to see it's already traded if the title is "private sale".
