Good evening and happy new year, I've been trying to mine other coins for a few days with a Gekkoscience 2pac Bitcoin USB Stick Miner 5.5 - 25 GH/s and I haven't been able to. The furthest I have come is with ZCASH at https://slushpool.com but despite configuring the cgminer well (I think), I am not capable. The currencies that interest me (for compatibility reasons) are Monero, Litecoin, Ethereum and Zcash. Go ahead, I don't care about profitability, it's about learning and hanging out. Again my best wishes to all of you for the year that has just started and my thanks to whoever can help me.

You can only mine the sha256 algo with this item.  It is not a matter of software.  It is simply all that asic chip does.  You are limited to only coins that use that algo.

The reason i ask is you say you have tried to mine ZCASH with a sha256 asic miner...and ZCASH is an equihash algo....so should just be point it at any pool that mines other sha-256 coins.  The miner doesnt know what its mining (say btc, bch, and so on) So like enter another pool for say BCH and BCH wallet and it should mine.  Thats how every other asic works.
