There are so many altcoin which have the same movement, take a look to ADA and stellar price movement. At this bull run market they show an impressive increase, I guess for those who hold these coins will be benefited as well. I understand you choose ETH as the coin that has a good price movement because its price has passed the $1000 barrier. But you have to know, this coin hasn't been able to increase more than its previous all time high and it is the with another altcoin especially like ADA and Stellar.

Altcoin bull trend hasn't started yet. All that we see in the market is the impact of bitcoin and the real-time demand to supply market of leading cryptocurrency. When institutional investors started pouring their funds on bitcoin, more people moved the small holdings towards Bitcoin. Now once again the same is being getting moved to ethereum. This is where the market has been experiencing slow and stabilized growth without much of growth with rest of the altcoins. Based on this we aren't into perfect altcoin bull market.

you are right. Currently, most of the altcoin prices go up because it is influenced by the very high price of bitcoin. this actually makes altcoin prices go up like altcoin season. however, the fact is that currently, bitcoin pairs of all types of altcoins have not experienced a significant increase. I have a feeling that altcoin season will arrive when the bitcoin price is stable.

It is a beginning for ethereum to gain the best moment to increase following what bitcoin did. ETH and Litecoin may be having a good run now but that doesn't mean a bull run for alts has set in. Normally, the order of things is for Bitcoin to moon first and when it's exhausted the top alts (may be top 50 listed on the CMC) will follow suit and then the valuable and use-case penny cryptos kick in before the worthless penny tokens as the mad rush to grab anything intensifies. All these will begin to happen when dominance of Bitcoin on the market cap decreases. For now, Bitcoin still has a huge dominance of the total market. Just keep watching data from the CMC or Coingecko for that, that's the best way to find out.

There are few days in between when Bitcoin stabilizes at certain price and alts go ballistic like 25-50%. It is good time to take profit and then rebuy them back once bitcoin starts pumping again and altcoin start bleeding. You will not get a alt season where you will only find alt going up every day. We know that the price of altcoins is heavily based on the price of Bitcoin right?
If Bitcoin goes down then so does altcoins especially those on the top and vice versa.

I can't consider it as ETH season or ALT season but for me it is top altcoin season . In the end it doesn't matter if it really is the season for altcoins or not. What matters is we made profit from it . On the other hand if you are planning to enter right now, wait for the perfect time to enter unless you're impatient.

when btc corrected, big fat chance alts will also get dumped, the season of alts is already here alongside with bitcoin bull run because the money flowing in to the market coming from fund management are diversified across btc and alts .
I don't know why people keep saying eth season still isn't here meanwhile this week alone eth got pumped by around 68% and many other alts. if that's not an alt season then I wonder what it is.

This is the time for altcoins to shine while bitcoin is still stabilizing its price and so many bitcoin whales are moving to the altcoins. Look at some coins on binance were massively pumping by the whales.
