Limitations

Refunds
Funds can be returned within the CURRENT day, in the same way that they were credited to our current account. You will be charged a payment system commission for the transfer.

If an error was made when paying for the subscription (an offline panel was paid instead of ontime or an error was made in choosing the number of slots), within 24 hours, you can contact us with a request to make changes to the current subscription.
