I spotted cheater on bounty campaign managed by Small Rabbit. He accepted and paid the cheater from the first week all the way to the fourth week of the campaign. My question is, how is it possible to not spot a cheater in the bounty he is managing and how do they check participants? Small Rabbit management even count weekly posts just by subtracting previous and current post I think the management should check weekly posts according to the date of the current week just like yahoo62278 and other reputable managers did on their management where cheaters are also denied and blacklisted.

As a bounty hunter, it is so unfair for us since we did our best for the bounty program but this management service failed to deliver good service instead tolerate this kind of cheating. You can check the telegram name on the docs @namcunguyen has a duplicate cheater using different wallet address but with the same authentication post in a non existing telegram username of @ncuyen. I actually reported this issue to the management as I am part of the bounty but it's all done the payment has been sent to the cheaters wallet.

Bounty thread link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5298679.0

Spreadsheet link: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/u/0/d/1fUaicy5alZ1uCp2yr1sMKD93hOdQsSjA8OnBNz_IHE0/htmlview

I think it would be nice to make a bounty program that focus on spotting/hunting cheaters. A few cents/dollars might help hunters survive the pandemic by doing good for the forum specially those who lost their day job like me. But I am also thinking of possible loopholes to this suggestion so maybe admin and mod is the boss.

Meta or forum has nothing to do with that. Reach out to the project team or the people who hire the campaign manager; complaining or reporting here would achieve you nothing at all. Please move this thread to service discussion (altcoin) as it's all about manager's ability of managing campaign.

I spotted cheater on bounty campaign managed by Small Rabbit. He accepted and paid the cheater from the first week all the way to the fourth week of the campaign.
Bro, there have been cheaters using far more accounts to cheat and who've gotten away with it for far longer than the guy you're referring to, so he just happened to get temporarily lucky.  It happens.  It's been happening ever since bounties and probably signature campaigns began years ago.  Fortunately there are some very smart forum detectives who do keep an eye on these sorts of shenanigans and do report cheaters to the community and to bounty managers.  Of course if you spot any, bring them to the attention of the BM as soon as possible--that's really the only thing you can do.

My question is, how is it possible to not spot a cheater in the bounty he is managing and how do they check participants?
Who knows--it really depends on the bounty manager and how tight a ship he runs.  Some BMs don't give a crap about cheaters and just want to fill the positions, and some do care and will boot out any cheaters if there's enough evidence.  That's how it goes.  If you're looking for fairness, you're probably not going to find it anywhere in the bounty section.

Small Rabbit is also asking for a loan and tried to pass his bounty management skills as some sort of a guarantee for repayment, then tried to offer some craptoken as collateral:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5306712

Edit: it's the same token that he's managing the campaign for.

But I am also thinking of possible loopholes to this suggestion so maybe admin and mod is the boss.
If I understood what you wrote correctly, then it's not a possible suggestion, firstly bounty and everything that has to do with campaigns is run by a company that wants to advertise something, the forum doesn't run its own or any sort of bounty/advertisement whatsoever, neither is scam moderated, so why is 'it' going to bother. But there are users who fish out such users who perpetrate this act, you can do that as well, but take note that it's going to be a selfless choice, without any form of reward or payment.

Having said that, if you prolly lost your job, you'll not want to only earn just this sort of 'pocket money' if your suggestion was possible, things are opening up worldwide, so you could look for something better IRL, whilst enjoying your stay on the forum too and of course with lesser stress.

I understand mate but does this means this kind of unethical services and behaviour will still be tolerated by the forum and freely cheat anytime they want? If this kind of thing will be tolerated more and more people like that will show up. The forum does not tolerate spamming and shitposting so we have no problem with that but how about bounty managers that accept and pay cheaters? I think they also deserve the consequences together with spammers and shitposters this is the "fairness" I have mentioned. I've been reporting cheaters since 2017 and some of them are successful but some of them failed due to bounty managers don't care about it. I tought cheaters are all gone not until I lost my day job and get back to crypto just recently and tried to check myself for possible cheaters unfortunately I found  one and I don't know if there are more on that bounty program.

What do you think is the best way we can do regarding this never ending issue? Do we need to do something or just leave them alone and do their thing?

I actually don't have any professional skills and talents, I am sickly , have weak lungs to be specific also businesses here are closed that is why I lost my job and I am also living in a remote part of the country mate. Ever since I got into the forum, Bitcoin paying Sig and bounties are my only source of income to be honest aside from the day job I recently lost.

So who will sponsor the campaign for finding cheaters? It's not like they will stop from doing these things. Once they are get caught, they will just create account again and do it again. We have some users who are busting them already and reporting so they got banned or have negative trust so no campaigns will ever hired them or let them participate.

Your suggestion isn't necessary for That. Do report them if you spotted them. At least DTs can do something on their wrong doings. Cheaters will never fade here no matter how persistent we are on finding and identifying them.

Explanation is very simple: majority of bounty managers are paid so little (and from what I heard mostly in altcoins of the project they are advertising) that they simply don't care much and don't check spreadsheets thoroughly. But even if they are doing that, there is always a chance for some scammer to simply avoid detection.

I understand mate but does this means this kind of unethical services and behaviour will still be tolerated by the forum and freely cheat anytime they want? If this kind of thing will be tolerated more and more people like that will show up. I think they also deserve the consequences together with spammers and shitposters this is the "fairness" I have mentioned.
Scams are not moderated on the forum, so that applies to those that are cheating bounty campaigns too. All we can do (DT members) is to tag them, but in most cases that only means that scammer will create new account and continue with business as usual. Whack-a-mole game.

What do you think is the best way we can do regarding this never ending issue? Do we need to do something or just leave them alone and do their thing?
You (and when I saw "You" I mean bounty hunters in general) should start avoiding bounty managers that are not doing their job properly. So next time when Small Rabbit starts bounty campaign, simply don't join. If enough bounty hunters do the same, they will soon realize that slacking is affecting their business and might start doing things properly. Unfortunately, chances of that are extremely low because an average bounty hunter don't really care about all that, he will join just about any bounty campaign no matter who is bounty managers and whether project he is promoting makes any sense.

One thing I would like to see from bounty managers is to start being more selective who they accept and automatically kick everyone below Jr Member rank, so bounty hunters are less inclined to cheat as getting your Jr Member account tagged hurts way more than getting worthless Newbie account tagged. Once again, chances of that happening ain't best as majority of them only cares about the numbers they will show to those that hired them.

Exactly thank you for the advice. I will not stop to find these cheaters and report to bounty managers and DT's same as what I did way back 2017. These scammers don't actually belong here on this forum and their world will shrink as long as we report them and get red flagged.

What you could expect from a newbie manager? A company recruits a manager to manage their campaign properly. So I am wondering why they hire a non-reputed campaign manager who is unable to do proper management? Isn't also responsible for the team who have hired? Cheating on the bounty campaign isn't new here. We can't prevent them, but we can detect them and inform the manager. But really this isn't a paid service, users are doing it to build a decent forum. Also, the forum can't help regarding this as well. So, I think it's better to write to the team about proper management. They could create a valid accusation against the manager since the manager failed to manage properly.

I really think companies look for inexperienced managers due to the fact they are likely shady themselves. They find a naive manager who won't ask too many questions. They really do not care much about how the bounty is managed because they are just looking to grab some money and run.

I cannot really say this is true for this specific company, but in general these are my feelings.

But I am also thinking of possible loopholes to this suggestion so maybe admin and mod is the boss.
if the bounty has been completed and the reward has been distributed, even though you report the account it is too late for this bounty problem. but if you report the account in order to make this forum free from scammers, I support you. for example, with this, the account will be banned for several days as a spam and scam that he has done.

What I think about most of the newbie bounty manager here is maybe they are not a newbie in this forum. They are in this forum since long. Most of the case they don't put their main account on risk for managing campaigns. It can be someone who failed or got some flag for scamming and created new account to manage. And this thing only could be done by someone who want to basically don't care about project management and even they will not think twice if they have a chance to make scam in their hand and go away.

Small Rabbit management even count weekly posts just by subtracting previous and current post......
Really I don't like this.

If that's the case then they should not be bounty managers, I know the forum doesn't decide nor moderate who should/should not be bounty managers as it's up to the company advertising who they wish to hire, but I wonder why these companies would leave established and trusted bounty managers to hire newbies with prolly little or no experience.

I'm not immediately concluding that a newbie can't handle a campaign successfully, but there is so much risk working in a campaign were the manager is a newbie, cause there is no reputation to be lost, how sure are you the campaign is legitimate and if the manager actually did his research about the company properly, left for me I wouldn't join a campaign managed by a newbie for this reasons and even more.

Maybe because the management fee is cheap so that many companies choose newbie accounts as their bounty managers, this is actually very unethical, even companies should be able to pay for accounts that are more familiar and able to increase the company's promotion.

In fact, I'm not so sure if managed by a newbie bounty, I can verify at least that the project is good, even from the background of the project, I often find it is not even professional now.

Well maybe the newbie account is a long time ago in the forum so they created an account to keep their main account like that.

Wrong
Forum has nothing to do with scammers, they will not be banned. If he's spamming his post only got deleted, not banned too.

To be honest it's not about how cheap or expensive the fee, but which coin/token they will pay to the Bounty Manager. If they can pay with BTC, ETH and many top alts, pretty sure they can hire more reputable and experienced BM.

I think it would be nice to make a bounty program that focus on spotting/hunting cheaters. The campaign already has above 100 participants usually BM don't have time to spot a cheaters since they only checking the requirement and count a post from his participants.
It would be good if you can become a volunteer by reporting cheaters on this thread Known Alts of any-one - A User Generated List Mk III (2021 Q1)

The most correct decision.

OP, you've been reporting cheaters since 2017. In this case, continue to post to the correct topic.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2544574.msg25949072#msg25949072

Managers will respond if complete evidence is presented.
If a cheater is found and made public, then some member of DT1 will mark him with a negative tag.
Next time, such accounts will hardly be able to get into a good bounty campaign. And if they like to participate in scams, that's their business, the main thing is that you shouldn't be there.
So don't be discouraged, just see how you can most fully write about the violation.
I can say, that yesterday, I informed your manager about cheaters, and he replied today that they are blocked.
