You need to add a little more details so that we can help you know which type of tokens you have.

1. How and where did you buy the tokens from (Which exchange did you buy the tokens from)?
2. If you bought them from an exchange. Did you leave them in there or you transferred them to an external wallet.

The first swap deadline was around 15 February 2020 according to this blog - https://blog.zilliqa.com/mark-your-calendars-with-the-zilliqa-token-swap-deadline-15-february-2020-20e3ea5fc0b7

List of exchanges that suported the swaps at that time

1. Binance
2. Kucoin
3. Coinhako
4. Huobi Global

Yes it is if your zilliqa is on the exchanges mentioned by Bitcoin_Arena. However if your zilliqa is on your own non custodial wallet, it will stay as erc20 tokens. Though I'm not sure if the tokens still can be converted into mainnet blockchain cause its passed already the deadline. Maybe better if you asked them directly on telegram

where did you bought it, and in which wallet do you keep it?
if the wallet start with zil, it is mainnet coin, if wallet starts with 0x, then that is erc20 token

since you probably bought it on the exchange, than you can see in the token description on the exchange, but most probably that is mainnet coin

Thanks for your replies/time . I bought the zilliqa in June 2020 on Crypto.com with bitcoin. Later in same year i moved it onto Zillet wallet ,where it is now . [ the zil wallet balance does start with ZIL not OX . } Maybe i couldn't even store the old erc20 zil on zillet wallet? I guess i could send a test amount ,as if it was the old erc20 zil it would still be frozen ... any more thoughts/help much appreciated ...    BTW...erc20 zil holders can soon convert to mainnet zil via etherium bridge....
