Can't enter hashflare account

Hi,
I have a hashflare cloudmining contract that is bought a while ago.
I wanted to enter my account a while ago to get off thé BTC (i should have done it a year ago i know 😟)  and now i Cant get logged in and when i use recover password thé system says that my user Cant be Found.

I tried contacting hashflare and hashcoins true entering a ticket, email, facebook, ... No response anywhere....

Can anybody give me more information about how to contact somebody from hashflare or how to recover thé account or anybody that can help me?

You should contact support if you have not been able to get your account back in any way. Sometimes due to some mistakes of the users, the account is suspended, which can not be done unless you send an email and raise your problems. .

I have already send 2 tickets and replied to thé email i got from thé ticket. Send something on facebook...
Even tried calling both hashflare and hashcoins bit thé number does not connect.
I don't know what to try next.

Try to contact their forum account https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=514754 (Well, its bit useless since they were last online august 19,2020).

There is no reason for a popular platform that respects customers to make false reviews, most likely they are trying to hide something, so expect that they are scammers and you may lose your money.
Avoid using cloud mining, it is useless and 99% of the sites are either fraudulent or will not achieve a return on investment in them.
Try to communicate with them, but I don't think they will return your money.
Try to find out where the company is located and start the legal procedures.

Same problem here, when trying to reset password it appears that my email account is not found.

I have tried to contact them but no response at all.

If you are able to solve the problem please let me know. If I find out something I will also share it here.

I never thought that Hashflare still operates until now because with the bitcoin price increased so high now, it makes the mining process not easy to earn nice rewards. I tried to login into my account, and I do not have a problem, but I never tried mining using cloud mining from a long time ago because I have a bad experience with cloud mining after I got a problem with one big scamming ever.

After I checked on my account, it seems they disable purchasing the hash power, so you can not buy anything on that site. I suggest you stay away from cloud mining since that will not the right way to make money now. I see that the account needs to verify to continue the withdrawal process, but I do not have any balance on that site, so that will not be my problem.

I went through this situation in the past when I had a hasflare account and guess what? they never solved my problem. I spent many days and even weeks for them to solve my problem and nothing. but after a few months i tried to log into my account and managed to log into my account. I don't know how much money you have invested in hasflare, but just consider that your problem may take time to be solved if it has not yet been solved as your post was done on January 6th
