Isn't it easier for you to visit the official page of Ledger and check which coin/token is supported or not?
Specifically you need to visit this
link, and then type the name of the coin. After that you will get info about that coin/token (is it supported by Ledger Live or some third-party wallet).
Also what is the max amount of apps one could store in the nano ledger s now?
Why not try installing all the apps you need so you can see how many you can have in total at the same time? Their number depends, of course, on the size, but also on which app it is - so you will be able to have more apps that are based on BTC because it will take up less space. So you can have max 2-3 apps, but you can also have 10 apps installed at the same time. If you want more space for the app, then you need to buy a Nano X.
