all coins have the chance to give high returns in the future but we are not sure which altcoins can do that, so it takes a lot of research and carefulness in choosing coins, maybe ethereum, DOT and some defi could be considered

In 2021 I think everybody knows about the crypto market, but when you talk about crypto investment in 2021 it's very difficult to choose which coin do you invest in. Personally, I want to go with ETH, because ETH is a very potential and powerful coin, ETH has a very excellent idea for the future if you see the crypto market ETH leading 2nd position in crypto coins. I am talking about ETH because Etheteum already reaches $1400+ maybe next 5 years it will cross nearly to BTC.

I do agree that ETH looks great for 2021 but I also plan on keeping it for 2022 and 2023 as well, after that I may end up selling it, not sure what I am going to do about it. Think about it this way, by the end of 2021 we are going to be very close for eth 2.0 and that is why the price will go up, somewhere in 2022 we are going to have eth 2.0 if nothing unexpected happens, and in 2023 we are definitely going to be in eth 2.0 world and the price will basically go up just like how bitcoin halving caused it to go up after a while.

These are all of course my guess and I am not entirely sure about what is going to happen with it, I am just predicting it but it is an assumption and not a guaranteed thing. My own personal investment towards ethereum is this, I already made nearly 2x return already and I am planning on not selling until end of 2023 at which time I hope it goes over 3k price.

It's very difficult to select which coins you should invest in this year. True, both of them (Bitcoin and Ethereum) are still kings of cryptocurrencies and kings of Altcoins, so they can very well be chosen at any time when it comes to investing and trading in the long term.

it is never too old to invest in btc and eth. for long term investments, ill stick in these 2 currencies. though if you have more than enough funds to spare, you can look with promising projects like dot. bnb is also worth considering to be part of your portfolio. binance being the top exchange, their own coin maybe valuable in the near future.

Just go to the coin market cap and search for the best performing coins. Top 200 coins are likely gonna be good investments. Coins like ALGO, CTSI and COTI etc. But it is always advise able to do your research before making any crypto investment.

I think that's too far for the top 200 coins because if you want to find a promising coin you might look at the top 10 coins,
what you say is true before investing we better do a research first,
because researching first certainly prevents making wrong decisions or investing
