Justice for Zminer777 (Developer of GMiner)

Hello,

I'm developer of GPU miner (GMiner).
I've created third account on this forum because last two was blocked by someone moderator, however I only wrote in GMiner thread (more than 200k views on this forum) about updates of miner.
As always after each update I creates post about update on bitcointalk, last my two messages in GMiner thread was deleted as spam and I got read only status.

Yesterday was another update of miner, I've registered new account, to add message about update, but it deleted within one minute and new account also got read only status.

Please remove read only status for Zminer777, it's miner developer, not spammer.

I'm sorry to say, but you're going about this the wrong way.

You say your initial account got banned wrongfully... You NEED to fix this situation BEFORE you register new accounts and post away.
Even if you were banned wrongfully, you're still banned, and creating a new account to continue posting while you are banned is called ban evasion... You could get banned for ban evasion.

Two wrongs don't make a right... You can't evade your ban just because you think it's wrong, you need to fix your ban...

You are allowed to make 1 account while you are banned, this account can  be used to create 1 post in the meta subforum, and this post can ONLY be used to discuss (or fight) your ban. You are allowed to reply within this 1 thread in meta discussing your ban, but nowhere else... You can not use your new account to create posts with new releases, you can not use it to PM... You can only use it to discuss your ban. If you were indeed banned wrongfully (which i don't know), you can make your case and moderators will give their opinion (not only the moderator that banned you). If it was indeed a wrongfull ban, you have a decent chance of getting unbanned and you can continue as if nothing happened as soon as Theymos lifts your ban.

Also, i've seen 2 posts with the title "Justice for <account>" in the last couple of days... Is the other one also yours, because that's quite a peculiar title... Hard to believe 2 random people would make an identical choice of words for an identical problem in the course of just a couple of days?

No, it is not my account.
My english is not perfect, I get title from this thread, because I had similar situation and I don't know how right say it in english.

But still my main point remains valid...
Moderators and administrators are people to, they can make mistakes.

I've seen hundreds of people trying to fight their ban, and usually it seems they are unsuccessful, it seems that most bans are justified... But once in a while, i do see people that make a valid case and get their ban lifted, so it's defenately not impossible IF you were banned wrongfully.

I just wanted to inform you that by creating new accounts, keeping posting, getting your posts removed,... you are not making a good case for yourself.
Just do it the right way: use this thread to explain why you were banned wrongfully and stop posting in the rest of the forum untill you either get an explanation as to why your ban is justified OR get your ban lifted.

IF your ban is justified, just stop posting untill your ban runs out... If your ban gets lifted continue posting as if nothing happened... But at least if you do it this way, you don't have to worry about getting caught for ban evading

@mocacinno, as you can see on my second screenshot, at beginning of my message I wrote message to moderator, I trying to find moderator that banned my main account to explain him that it doesn't spam or off-topic.
I've tried message to altcoin's group moderator @mprep through another member with high rating, @mprep said only moderator that ban me can unban.
I just trying to find that mod, yes it was my mistake, I should wrote here first, sorry.

There have been (and it's still going on) links to malwares (see here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5182222.0) for some time and you may have been considered one of them.

What you should do : send an mail as indicated in the ban message or the mail in this topic.

If it can help, I found a post from frodocooper in the Staff section saying that you are the real developer of GMiner :

I know Zminer777 personally, he developed reference miner for beam.mw
Something really strange is happening with his thread and the ban.
I hope that a high-level mod will fix it asap.

Even though we are competitors and don't always agree, I can still confirm Zminer777's identity as one of GMiner's developers. The forum posts informing about new software updates are certainly not to be classified as spam or scam, as they still refer to the official GMiner repositories.

In just the past week, thousands of posts were created containing miner malware. I get that your post is easily treated the same way by accident.
