I think you should see it and find it for yourself mate, just visit the CMC or CoinGecko there you can find any promising coins and tokens that you want, stop asking from other users because some might give you their own choices, you should use your own judgment by comparing those data and insight from CMC and CoinGecko. in that case you would not blame anybody if something happens in the market.

These arent low cap.

I have made all my profits from actual low cap like buying tron, verge, aave VERY early and making x50... If you have bought ETH at $10 that was low cap. Now its just risky and you will only lose since those who bought at $10 have so much more coins than you.

Somewhat low cap was Nano, or maybe more middle cap. Its risen from $1 to $4 in the last few days.

Really low cap is BANANO at $1m or maybe $2m now, which is a fork of Nano (also got instant transactions, and no fees) and its got a pretty cool team from what I have seen, however its only at a market cap of $1 million right now. So you can still own a HUGE chunk of it even with just a few dollars. While for ETH even if you invest $10k you dont even own 0,00001 of it.

Curious, why do you want to buy coins with low market cap? I don't think coins having low market cap automatically changes it to a coin with high value. Even if they have a high value, chances are the price are just being manipulated. Coins with low cap can be easily manipulated (especially by the developers) for manipulators own advantage. You might make some quick profit, but in the long run highly likely you will lose everything.
If you are still interested, try some of those coins other mentioned (which i never heard of) at your own risk.

In 2017 some low marketcap coins brings insanely ROI for example Zclassic, I remember someone making 70,000$ from Zclassic only and also 100,000$ from Stratis, that's from someone else too, low market cap coins can make your dreams come true but they are high risk investments too

Low cap coins are very risky but way better when altcoins are preparing for altcoin season, 2017 was a good year for almost all low marketcap, even top altcoins are less profitable than low marketcap coins, their ROI was insane, make sure you are up for the risk though cos nothing is certain this time around

LTC and BNB already increase, but not too high, while ADA can be the next potential altcoins, but you need to find out more details about the coin, so you can know if ADA is worth to buy or not.
Maybe you can take a look at Dogecoin, I think Dogecoin can increase too, but I do not want to say that Dogecoin is the other hidden gems because this coin does not increase for a long time ago.
Dogecoin and ADA can be a good choice because both coins is not too high to buy, and you can buy it right now.
But no matter what coin you will buy later, make sure you can analyze so you know why you buy the coin.

With Dogecoin it never rose much, I am not saying there is ZERO possibility for Doge,
but really, too many people have giant bags.

Another interesting Memecoin was/is the japanese Monacoin but its not that low and its got delisted
from many exchanges and I am not sure anyone is working on it still.

Bull pumps all the coins in the market, that the crypto community saw in 2017. It was like seeing a bull market to show a large size event. Older members know what a bull market looks like and how to pump coins. The ICO hype in 2017 was worth watching and the new coins came into the market and played extensively. Finding a low cap gems will be difficult because I think we can get more than ten coin lists, but it is hard to get the real gems that can increase in the future.
