So this is basically a troll services? Are there ethics in this line of work? Because I believe that scammers can use this services to hype up their project to create some publicity which in turn make them gain more possible victims.

This is somekinds of stupidity. Scammers take advantage from this and this not fair for any project. Why do you want to cheat who actually enter your group in the basis of trustness? You guys are the main culprit to promote fake project and we suffer. Just stay away from this and try to work legally...you can get more satisfaction from legality....

No not all is used for fake. Some people that start up legit projects have a hard time
to get started. Then they will use something like this to fake activity. But after awhile the group
grows and the fake service goes away.
If you buy members then 90% will leave but it will take some time and the owner feels good that there is some action
even though it is empty shell business practices.
The real deal is organic growth based upon real interest of the users. That means a lot of good content production is needed
and have a real project that people want.
