Problem with TRON — Help me please

Hi everybody!

I'm trying to sell tokens from hdx20.io/tron to my TronLink wallet. I can't complete the transfer, always giving the error: Error in Txn: Out of energy

– I already “rent/bought energy it on tronlending.org;
– I already frozen some coins to get more energy;
– And I have tried again with Bandwidth and Energy on maximum, and the same error continues to happen.

 

Does anyone know why???  Help me please

Also if you have your recovery seeds you can import them into math wallet, this wallet erase the problems with energy and bandwidth, way better than every other TRON wallets I've used in the past, try that if you can't find solutions

Yes, i have recovery seeds ... but i don't know this "math wallet" (sorry, i'm new to this) can you explain, please?

I had such an error when my wallet had 0 TRON coins, but Bandwidth and Energy on maximum.
I did not read the instructions, but bought 30 coins on the exchange and sent them to my wallet. I didn't have this error again.
If that doesn't work, please reinstall the wallet on a different browser.

Yesterday I import my account to the Math Wallet, but the error continues to appear

Try to download token pocket https://www.tokenpocket.pro/en/

And then import your wallet to the token pocket and if your wallet has some tron tokens and then you must click on the resources and you can lock some tron to get the energy. It's very easy to do that dude.

I already have Tron frozen, and the problem is that I do the transaction with Bandwidth and Energy at most ... and the error "out of energy" continues ... strange right?

Try renting on Tronscan instead. Go to your tronlink and then account details where it will bring you to the tronscan details. Contracts needs energy and by getting energy is also freezing TRON in your account so once you are on Tronscan and you are loggedin, go to the resources and click the obtain botton.  

Obtan Power and Energy and then the amount of TRON you want to freezeup. You can get those back if you want too as well.
