Withdraw stucked in bittrex for 2 days still not get response

Hi , does anyone know is bittrex have support team ? My iota withdrawal pending already 2 days i email them but only got automatic robot response without any solution

However, have no high hope. Their customer service is kinda suck. I remember long ago I had to contact them for my cousin, and it took them over a week to respond and by that time my issue was resolved.

Just wait some more because as @Rosey777 mention their supports really sucks mostly they never give any reply before 7 to 10 working days hopefully your problem will solved if you have verified account or your done all required things for this withdrawal.

This does not wonder why there are a lot of raise issues like this towards the Bittrex exchange. This was also happening in its early days in the market and they don't do anything to improve their services until today.

I leave Bittrex for this reason also and I left some of my coins on them. For me, Bittrex is a dead one, and deem not to expect that they can be good in the future or possibly it get worse. Their support really not interesting and they are not helping anyway to solve the problem.

If it's pending for two days, I say send another one. Because it could possibly be been moved by others request in the queue.

There's no other channels where you can contact them, only email and those two social media accounts that was mentioned above.

It sucks. Bittrex stop trading for IOTA and announced it 6 days ago Bittrex Stops Trading Three Key Privacy Coins

It is the message when I click on the trading pair for IOTA on Bittrex from coinmarketcap. I did not use Bittrex for months and don't mind to log in my account to check this message in log-in mode.
