It's on its low and that's why investors have bought at the dip and they're now looking into the profit. Having an active lawsuit had made it to the lowest price that it can but investors saw it as an opportunity. But, I've never bought it.

Just you see the price of it today, $0.3 and its up which came from $0.22.

AFAIK, we'll know the result for the lawsuit by Feb.

For those who had bought when it dipped in December 30- Jan 1, 2021 then they had already made out some profits now. As i do anticipate and expect that the price
will surely make out some recovery afterwards and it did really happen.

When most people are in fear for XRP then i do take chances to buy some cheap coins.Some saying that it is already dead but actually its too early to tell on that way.

In short span of time they already doubled out their investment for those who had able to get in into those times.

This topic should be in the Speculation section since it’s not discussing about trading. It would be difficult for XRP to cope up in bringing it’s price back to $0.50+ because of the ongoing lawsuit by SEC against them. It has gone down to $0.18 before climbing up to $0.32 as of this time of writing.

We do not know yet the possible price of the RIPPLE this year or this month because many people are doubting about XRP because of the issues happen right now. But even this happen to the Ripple Im still keeping my XRP because I still believe to the potential but Im not against to the others who are wants to sell their coins now because they want to be sure that they money will not lose.

I would say only thing that would make it 50+ cents once again would be dealing with SEC and fixing everything. They are not jailed anyway, so it means there will be a penalty and a deal, XRP ceo threw bitcoin and all privacy coins under the bus, because of that I would hope that nobody in crypto world would ever trust him ever again, dude literally said "we are the good guys, attack other coins, here is a list of coins you should attack". Instead of sticking up together, he sold all other coins which was a horrible act.

However at worst case, he will pay a fine, make a deal, get some new things implemented, work with SEC from now on, and they will be fine. When that happens, they are going to start pumping the price once more and it will probably be 50+ very easily. A news like "XRP pays a fine and walks away without a problem" would make it 50+ cents anyway.

But even this happen to the Ripple Im still keeping my XRP because I still believe to the potential but Im not against to the others who are wants to sell their coins now because they want to be sure that they money will not lose.

Where can we see the update of their ongoing lawsuit? Haven't seen any news what's happening on this matter. So we have no idea if XRP team can resolve their issues soon or not? Right now, it is like we are venturing an unknown future if you will invest in XRP.

They are not yet releasing positive on their case because there is none to release, and if they if they are not taking any action price will eventually go down, I now consider Ripple to be a high risk investment, but on second thought those whales who like to gamble might find Ripple the best coin to accumulate if at the end of all of this, Ripple come out safe and they allow to go on, there's a possibility of huge drop to 10 cents.

It could get the dump for more if there are no good news release from the team and people will leave the project as soon as possible. Yes, polkadot and chainlink have a good movement, and that coin can be the next options to make a profit. XRP will be hard to survive if the investor leaves without coming back and support the coin. Until that time, we can only wait, and hopefully, there is a good sign for XRP to try to make a profit again like before. But if there is no chance for XRP, we should leave it before it is too late.

I doubt that can happen easily even when the director of SEC already changed and it doesn't seem the SEC will try to settled the law suit. there's a lot of signal if the lawsuit will be still going one.
We will see that in the next month what will be decided by the new enforcement director of SEC.

The problem that ripple is on is the big one which has brought the price down although with a little rise yesterday. But whether the law suit is positive for ripple, don't expect an immediate gain from ripple because fear has made more drop of coins.
