Even though the problem is in the USA, it has an impact on XRP. I think XRP should recover soon so that it can get the maximum price. so to predict the price in 2021 $ 1 you have to get XRP. so it can be a stepping stone for XRP at a higher price

i don't see any reasonable reason for xrp to recover its price in the near time my friend

last night my XRP position hit stop loss. I lost a few bucks but I am fine. after the SEC impact of XRP it dumps hard and xrp trade ongoing between $.20-$.37. At 4 hours time frame If XRP can break $0.37 resistance, I would take a long and till then no trade. I belive XRP will dump more sooner or later. Now watching Polkadot and chainlink for a trade setup.

for now it's better to just be safe. don't trade XRP just yet until the problem is resolved, it's better to trade other coins like the coins you mentioned because their rise is pretty good, polka dots from the price of $ 5 have already penetrated $ 17 that's quite a profit

It's a trying time for Ripple, if they have not built their reputation and they are not a solid coin, they would have gone down the drain like all the others, but they have the money and the community to rally for them, time is not on their side investors and exchanges are waiting for Ripple next's action and updates from SEC, if they can come out of this, investors are going to shout to the moon.

It's a trying time for Ripple, if they have not built their reputation and they are not a solid coin, they would have gone down the drain like all the others, but they have the money and the community to rally for them, time is not on their side investors and exchanges are waiting for Ripple next's action and updates from SEC, if they can come out of this, investors are going to shout to the moon.

Maybe a lot of hope for Ripple to get through everything well and be able to recover in order to improve, but it looks like for now there are no signs of improvement and it will take some more time. Even though we know that ripple is still on the market cap, it's still good, waiting for its development requires patience.

It is possible that XRP will still return in price for a reliable currency all the time.  But at the very least, it offers inherent focus and it seems that the split is sharper as they drop a huge amount of gold into the market and forget the interests of investors.  What basis is there to really believe that XRP will take advantage of the SEC again?  even though their CEO has said that, they will do everything they can to not cause people casualties.  Nothing?

It is true, without solid evidence anyone will not be able to deny or save the XRP token at this point, all of this is running on solid evidence, so XRP must help itself so that Skepticism and the dilemma of investor confidence and the crypto market can disappear in the near future.

The only thing that can help ripple should be the court, ripple can do nothing to save its reputation when it can be considered as illegal security token offering. that will burn the reputation of ripple and all of the liquidity will have gone.

for now the XRP price is still holding out after yesterday's very sharp drop but if this problem is not resolved as soon as possible will make investors run away from XRP and prices are coming back down now everything depends on the team if you want XRP to be trusted like before the team must be able to drop the demands

In the past Ripple is one of my favorite coins, and right now I'm not interested in buying Ripple yet.
However, I am still monitoring the movement of Ripple, for now there is no good news regarding the Ripple coin.

My prediction for Ripple's price at the end of this month is 0.25 usd

So far we saw a 20% drop of ripple price from 7th January when you made this post. Until the end of January is still one more week left. Price can decrease for 10% more by then.  On longer term, ripple will have a lot publicity since its owners will spend a lot of time on court. That is positive. But problem is that since it is a security it cant be traded in USA and in countries where USA will force their regulations.

Tend to Disagree mate , as far as i know in every cases as long as not punishable by Death can be Settled , Ripple Team can make a settlement agreement as how i understand the US law , but of course they need to Pay Big amount on this and i believe that this will cost more than half of the total Marketcap of XRP now.

But of course there might be a Best explanation from the other side and i will be willing to be corrected if i am wrong upon my understanding .

USA government can't take the control over XRP coins, well maybe the XRP coins that Ripple owns but thats about it, for example if I end up buying some XRP right now and I keep that in my wallet? How could USA government get to it? I am not even an american citizen so it would be quite difficult for them to make me let it go.

However one thing is for sure, we are talking about SEC here and their power goes as much as giving XRP a penalty, which would be a lot of money and they will have to pay, and SEC will give them two options; either let SEC know every single money in an out of XRP (which they can't do) or shut the whole thing down, if XRP follows one of these they will be fine against SEC but we all know you can't give names of people who own XRP since it is anonymous, but you also can't shut down neither because it is a blockchain (or maybe they can, it is a centralized project anyway) so basically they would be screwed in that case.

Too many people feel the way you are feeling right now, this is why the price of XRP dropped to under 30 cents, which is really a 60%+ fall this year during a season when ethereum went x10+ higher and bitcoin did a x5+ higher as well, it is a proof that xrp is dying.

It even gave its spot to some new defi called dot, not saying dot is good or bad, all I am saying is that is brand new, and XRP was the third biggest one, now it is down to 5th and I think it will go down even lower. That is all because people like you who gave up on defending XRP, some people keep defending it no matter what but eventually everyone will be like you and they will be tired of defending it and they will go away.

So long story short XRP is really an important part of crypto world but their time is getting close and they might be gone soon, all it depends on what the decision SEC will make.

What is in reality on Ripple? There is a legal action pending. There are no prohibitions or any restrictions on the sale of coins. Trading on some sites has been stopped, but this is the right of these sites.
But to be honest, my opinion is that the chances of the coin's survival in the future are very small. And hoping that the company will simply pay the fine and everything will end is also not very correct.
