I have a stuck transaction in BTC, what should I do?

This is the transaction:

Someone has tried to send me: 0.00025841 BTC
and the fee they used was: 0.00011074 BTC

At the current network activity it just isn't moving - the fee is about £3.50 and the amount sent is $14.00

I've already tried using the BTC accelerators to no avail. They are a BTC newbie and didn't know about the fee implications. The paid for accelerators are asking for $60 (or more) to move this transaction.

What else can I do to get this transaction moving? What are my options?

You can use Child Pays For Parent (CPFP). If your wallet allows you to spend unconfirmed coins then you can send the coins from this transaction to yourself with a much higher fee than the stucked transaction. This will encourage miners to confirm both transactions. What wallet do you use? We might be able to provide you step-by-step instructions.

Unfortunately, the Trezor web interface is quite limited. You will need to use Electrum instead. Here you can learn how to use Electrum with your Trezor without having to expose your seed (if you are using Windows or OSX, download Electrum directly from their website). Once you open your wallet in Electrum, you should see "Child pays for parent" option once your right-click on the unconfirmed transaction in the "History" tab.

I think this can be a typo error. Which supposed to be Child Pay For Parent.

Also, I think the best option to still recommend should be replace by fee (RBF), although I think which the OP said the fee for accelarating the transaction is too high.

Like he his using wallet like electrum in which he can be able to spend unconfirmed transaction, he can just generate a new address and use higher fee for the transaction into his new address on the same electrum wallet. That means the transaction will be confirmed very fast if high fee is used.

That's called CPFP (Child pay for the parent) and is different from RBF.
If a transaction has been marked as RBF, you can replace the unconfirmed transaction with a new one paying a higher fee. For creating a new transaction that can replace the first one, you need to have control over one of inputs.
