How did you win if we take into account that you sold BTC for fiat and that it is a large amount of money that you have to withdraw to your bank account which further implies that the bank will most likely block your account until you explain the origin of the money and that you will have to pay a fairly large income tax? Instead of enjoying the decentralized system, you have filled your pockets with fiat, and the banks and the government will take part of your money in the name of fees and taxes.

It was meant to be a stand alone currency, it was meant to replace fiat. Not be a measure of it and run off the fumes of fiat.

In a way OP is right about something, bitcoin is tied to fiat values but don't you think that it is for the best because with bitcoin that is deemed no value by banking institutions we get to use it to get money from them without the problem of hustle and bustle of paperwork. I do agree that having banking institutions hedging bitcoin is a pretty alarming thing because in the first place it was the mantra of bitcoin to combat these institutions, but I do not think that we should be shooting the messenger/medium in these case, we are the ones that should change not the coin. We will not get this far if we were are bitcoin purist anyway.

this isn't the first time we've seen post trying this can of stunts the OP is trying to pull. Probably the user behund this account just love the attention he's getting from presenting himself as one of the early investors of the industry.

Anyone that holds this much funds won't come out boosting about it instead they'll be looking for alternative means of multiplying their investment which could either be trading it investing in alternative currency.
