As the product is ready and working without flaws, why don't you try to make the casino function with small investment. I've seen more sites that are functioning with limits on bets and payout. Maybe the small effort will get your casino run successful in the future, because creating and running a Casino will be very hard in the coming days. The domain too is quite attractive.

Site is good, the domain name is very much sounds like a gambling site, you need to add more information about the site, like can the new admin tweak the site and change its colors and add more features and where it is hosted and the plan where it is hosted, and how is the transition going to be like they will also own the hosting account associated with it or you will transfer the site to the new owner's preferred hosting, whoever interested to get this new site I hope he'll gain from the deal.

I've checked it out, and while the colors of the website are a bit unusual, it looks pretty good overall and the game seems unique to me. Like you said, it's similar to crash, but the design and the way it's acted out is quite different, and the fact that it's provably fair is reassuring.
I'm not sure people are buying projects nowadays, so it's sad that you're not planning to keep maintaining it as your own. Good luck!

It just depends on the market that is available for it. If there are people who love this game, then you only need 1 game. I am not an expert in that. it seems like a relatively unknown game, although I have seen it on the forum at another site. And it will also depend on the price.

This is going to be a very difficult sell my friend, because people need a lot of trust and also programming skills to check if no back doors are written into your code for you or someone else to access the site..after it was sold. 

There are also a lot of reputable companies out there that are selling "blank" script for casinos, so you are up against a lot of competition. Yes.. these companies might be more expensive... but it usually comes with a long-term maintenance contract.

The site has only one casino game - bitblocks. It's a provably fair game according to the info given on site.
The house edge of 3.5% doesn't really benefit the players. But I guess whoever buys the site can change this accordingly. It's nice that you added a faucet option that lets players test the game.

How about you will put it also in auction so you can get a better offer to those serious buyers that wants to bid in your platform. Or if you want to sell it easily, how about you will post here your lowest price so the interested buyers will contact you right away if they can see that your platform is worth buying base on your reasonable selling price.

The design is not that bad, just an additional information to your future buyer. Are you willing to create an upgrade to your design if in case there is a buyer that wants to buy your platform but he/she wants to change something to your platform like your front end design for example?
