Does anyone know of exchanges that still trade these 2 coins. I had purchased them 2017 on HITBTC. I had not checked my account till today, I just noticed that they no longer trade them on that exchange. Did they both go bust? I remember some senior people in the centra project being arrested.
If I remember adequately, it has been a long time Centra team or the CEO I think was arrested, and that causes many exchanges to delist the coin as it was seen as a fraudulent coin, of course they gave ample time for users to withdraw or sell their coin. As for the other, I am just coming across it today and hence do not know much about it, but if the coin is no longer trading on HITBTC, then that means the trading volume dropped drastically due to the team not working hard on the project to keep it valuable thus the delisting. Also, for such coin to be delisted could mean that, it is already a worthless coin, but however to give it a trial, visit the project's telegram group and ask the team if there is any other exchange the coin can be traded on.
Furthermore, very important, issues about delisting is why holding most altcoins is a bad idea; at the onset, the team might look serious and later on they might abandon the project or stop working thus causing the token or coin to be delisted which then makes it worthless. Therefore, if you want to hold for long term, go for top coins that are already developed with an active platform, serious team and good working products.
