etherflyer does not send my money

We transferred from a friend's account on the Etherflayer exchange until that day, we had no problems.
The etherflayer complate did the transfer, but there is no 2 ether.
Isn't there any institution etc. where I can complain about this etherflayer?
Does anyone know?

At first you should follow these steps to make a perfect scam accusation : Scam Report Format (Use it to make scam reports properly)  Also provide some proofs.

BTW are you talking about https://etherflyer.com/ ? If yes then I see there is a official ann thread of this project in this forum. And maybe this is their main profile here but the user is enactive now. etherflyerofficial

Can you please write in more detail in the correct format? It's hard to understand what does happened there. If I am not wrong Etherflyer is a decentralized cryptocurrency exchange. They don't hold any assets themselves. So how they are not giving your withdrawal? I am not using any DEX, it would be a stupid question. But let's see the Definition,

Etherflyer isn't a fully decentralised exchange because you have to deposit your crypto assets to their wallet or "smart contrat". The assets are out of your control when you deposited them to etherflyer "smart contract". This is not how real decentralised exchanges works.

4. Deposit ETH or Tokens to EtherFlyer Smart Contract

Also there is no listing fees at decentralized exchanges but etherflyer has 1 eth listing fee.

EtherFlyer will start the Start-Up Token plan from 1 to 30 Nov, the token teams meet start-up conditions will be provided the 1eth as listing fee.
