OK I am getting the impression you are a scammer.

If you have the fucking device, take a clean picture of it and include your username.
I took pictures already and am willing go to through full escrow of your choice only released when the device is verified in your hands.

With me not being the one picking the escrow and escrow being on delivery not on send and 100% of funds being in escrow, I really don't see any possible way that i could scan other than convincing a legitimate escrow to give up his credibility for a measly $200-300

so sent the payment to escrow... 3 days later still  no tracking number no response from pm's..
hopefully it was mailed..

Holy shit, just take a picture of it with your username on a piece of paper with the date, surely you can afford some paper and a pen?
