I don't see LocalBitcoins selling Advertisment space anywhere.
what exactly are you looking to buy can you plz explain it little bit more and make it clear so we can understand what you are trying to buy? or maybe you are mistaking with the website name.

well if that is legal and not against the sites rules and also safe for the other trader to put a trade with your number then I hope you can find someone here very soon. there is a section for Romania specially here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=108.0 you can post your thread there. that might help.

but I still suggest you to create your own account and place your trade advertisement for yourself.
