Hello I have transferred the btc in mycellium but I have chosen very little fee which I do not know.
It has not arrived since 04/01/2020, what should we do?

It should expire at some point and come back to you, is it still pending in mycelium? There used to be a way to pay a miner directly to mine it.

You have paid 1 sat/vbyte, which puts your transaction between 50 MB and 80 MB from the tip of the mempool. Given the current price surge, the mempool is unlikely to clear down to these levels any time soon.

There are a few options available to you here. The transaction is not flagged as opt-in to RBF, so you cannot use this. If you own the receiving address, you could attempt a CPFP transaction (or you could ask the person who does to perform a CPFP), but given that your transaction has 28 inputs, this will be costly.

If performing a CPFP is not an option, then your best bet is going to be to wait the 14 days for the transaction to time out and drop from the mempool, at which point you can make a new transaction paying a higher fee. Be aware, though, that even bumping the fee up to a moderate 20 sats/vbyte will cost you around 80,000 sats, which is around two thirds of your entire transaction. Your best bet here is going to be to simply wait until the mempool empties again and repeat the transaction at 1 sat/vbyte, otherwise you are going to lose a significant amount of your money in fees.

Moving forward, you need to stop accepting dozens of tiny transactions worth only a few cents. Spending these inputs at anything more than a few sats/vbyte will cost more in fees than the inputs are even worth. Where did all these tiny inputs come from?

Same problem I think.
I made a payment using bitcoin-qt that seems stuck.  The receiver sent me a link that supposedly confirms that the payment was not made (https://blockstream.info/address/37ua6XDW8wyAMnM8rBgsKRTEECQayhmGC2).
I am very new to bitcoin and have not transferred anything since 2017, but that was to the same recipient and it worked.
Is this because of my transaction fee?  My transaction fee is set to 0.00010000 - is this too low?  And if so, what should it be?
Also, is there a way I could top off this fee?
I would like to get the transaction completed or refunded, so if anybody could help me with this I would very much appreciate it.

I have checked multiple block explorers, and can see no record of a transaction involving that address. How long ago did you make the transaction? It seems that it has already been dropped from the mempool, and so the bitcoin should be available to be spent again from your wallet.

Is this because of my transaction fee?  My transaction fee is set to 0.00010000 - is this too low?  And if so, what should it be?
It is impossible to say. The total transaction fee is not important - what is important is the fee rate. Paying 10,000 sats for a transaction which is 200 vbytes would be 50 sats/vbyte and the transaction would confirm quickly at present. Paying 10,000 sats for a transaction which is 10,000 vbytes would be 1 sat/vbyte and the transaction would take weeks to confirm. Without knowing how large your transaction was, we cannot say for sure whether 10,000 sats was too low or not (although if the transaction did not confirm for 2 weeks and was dropped from the mempool, then chances are yes, it was too low).

Also, is there a way I could top off this fee?
As I said above, I can find no unconfirmed transaction in any mempool involving the address you have linked. You should therefore be able to make a new transaction from your wallet using the same coins. For reference, a fast fee at the moment is around 20-30 sats/vbyte.

I found it https://pushtx.btc.com/

You can tip a miner directly to mine it

-snip-
So I still can find no record of that transaction in any mempool. The fact that you made it only 2 days ago means it won't have been dropped yet, which likely means you haven't actually broadcast it, or if you have, then there has been some problem relaying it (such as you are paying below the minimum relay fee).

From the information you have provided, I still cannot comment on the suitability of the fee.

Could the problem be that my network is unsynchronized?

Okay, well I'm 223 weeks behind so it looks like this will take forever.
Is there any way to speed this up?
The last time I used it it was out of synch as well, but the transaction still went through.

In general, Bitcoin Core gets faster with more RAM, larger dbcache and SSD instead of HDD. If you're still using a very old version, upgrading Bitcoin Core (don't forget to backup your wallet.dat before upgrading) might help too.

@DMCD: it's better to create a new topic, your question relates to a different wallet.

You can export the private key belonging to the UTXO, but if you're using mycelium?
Judging by the "223 weeks behind", I think he uses Bitcoin Core.

Sorry to be off topic.  I'm using QT which I am just learning is upgradable to core.  I will post a new question myself re. my issues and specs, but I now know I need to back up my wallet and upgrade to core and take it from there.
